Very close to the beach, spacious room and lots of things like paper plates and forks, fridge and microwave. Parking was very convenient too. The host was very kind and welcoming.

a little bit on the noisy side for us (young kids) but guess that is down to its location near to the boardwalk in a busy beach town.

Grace was amazing! Treated us like family. From the bowl of chocolate, extra coffee pods, and asking my kids about their day, she went above and beyond. Another shout out, I lost my purse and when the founder called the office, she took it upon herself to gather as many thank you bags, notebooks, etc. to offer as a thanks for the safe return.

The room came with coffee pods, paper plates, plastic utensils and paper cups. It did not lack for anything in the kitchen, including filtered water. Grace, the lady in charge was so sweet and although we didn't need anything, I am sure if there was a problem, she would fix it for you.

The rooms are all upstairs so if you have a problem getting up and down stairs this is not the place for you. The only other issue was this was New Year's Eve when we stayed, and some parents apparently left their preteens or young teens alone in the room next to us and they were pretty rowdy but not so bad that we needed to complain. Also, the walls are kind of thin cause you could hear people talking in room next to us but once again, not so bad to complain.

Hotel is located very close to the middle of town and all activities that go with that. Our stay coincided with the 75th anniversary of the Pismo Beach boardwalk, so we were treated to a spectacular fireworks show that we could easily watch for our balcony. Grace, the property manager was very sweet and accommodating.

We lost TV reception sporadically during our three day stay. Normally not a big deal, but I was forced to listen to the baseball playoffs on my computer. For some reason, the folks driving up and down the street adjacent to the hotel insist on blaring their radios to the point where the walls actually shook as they drove by.

Parking an SUV had its challenges as spaces and lot were tight. One way in one way out from a street that has cars parked along the curb. Double beds were a little lumpy

This place is so cute! It is very well located- just a block from the beach and in the center of a bunch of places to eat. The room was amazing. Felt almost like a very well-appointed studio apartment. The finishing touches were really impressive and made our stay very comfortable. Everything felt very clean, the kitchen was adorable, and great amenities in terms of coffee, creamer, shampoos, etc.

More flexibility in arrival time would be nice. Check in is until 8 pm. Price felt a little high for what is essentially a motel, but the room was cute enough to make me overlook that... a little.

The towels were very nice. The beddings were a little dated and the beds were a little noisy. Room was very clean and bright. Location was very close to the pier and we enjoyed not having to use our car.

Keurig coffee selection could have included more Regular coffee.

This was a great find! The price was great, the rooms were comfortable, clean and well stocked with everything you could need and so close to the beach. Grace from the office was also really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Other patrons parked like jerks and made it difficult to park in our designated spot.

My room was so nice, very comfortable, fully stocked and clean. Don’t let the outside view of the property full you. I really loved those room will be coming back to this property for sure
