Easy walk to the main town

-The room was not clean - bedside table was dirty and not wiped clean. -The A/C unit was incredibly loud and would run constantly. -Housekeeping did not clean our room and failed to bring us towels upon request. -Noisy surroundings -Rooftop patio and Bar not cleaned up, no towels restocked in gym or at the patio/pool area.

The location and view were great

I was charged an additional $75 per night that was never disclosed to me until checkout. The manager only offered to refund 1 of the $75 charges.

It was centrally located, beautiful view. Great staff!

The parking fee isn't part of the reservation so for 2 nights you pay a nice little chunk of change plus no microwave in the room refrigerator didnt work well idk if i can trust the insulin was kept safely cooled both bathroom doors didn't lock

The property is in a great location.

We reported an issue which caused us to have very little to no sleep due to water coming from the vents in the bathroom. The staff didn’t seem bothered about the issue and nothing was done about it. Felt disappointed!

Super clean and very friendly staff. Really enjoyed the valet parking but do think it’s too expensive!

Rooftop view

I paid for ocean view not parking lot view. Towels were dirty ,smoke alarm kept going off when showering,coffee maker didn't work, vent by the desk had dirt and dust build up disgusting, bed on the left side had a dip in the middle, front desk staff 3 to 11 unwelcoming, rude, should not be working with the public.

The bed was comfortable.

Parking was $30 for overnight parking. I was unaware of this. The one machine (Functional Trainer) in the gym was missing attachments and was inoperable. In fairness, I did explain the situation to the manager on duty and he sent a maintenance person to assist (by which time I had to check out).

Upon entering room Thermostat did not work. ( By the way, Staff upgraded free of charge to a room with a view before we entered room because it was our anniversary. ) I thought this was so thoughtful! Thermostat would not work so staff quickly moved us to another room. (Should have given us a meal voucher for the problem) I worked in customer service 40 years or so and I would have accommodated customer to a free meal voucher, $25 to $50 voucher.

The location had all the stores restraunts it was the perfect location with family

The view from my room was beautiful waking up to viewing the waves was just gorgeous

Had to change rooms 3 times due to flys and bugs flying around the 2 first rooms on top of that the clean up guys sprayed bug spray in the first room like I wasn’t there

Proximity to downtown Pismo and the beach.

False advertising. Advertised a sofa bed with 2 queen beds but the concierge said they do not have any rooms with 3 beds.

Location is perfect, staff was professional and friendly.

Facility wasn't very clean. Are room wasn't very clean. Valet was $30 a night and there was no self parking. I won't be staying there again.

I really liked the location of the property. It was in walking distance to everything in Pismo. The rooms were big and the beds were very comfortable.

The one thing that really pushed us away from loving this place was when my niece cut her foot. She was swimming in the pool/hot tub and all of a sudden her foot was bleeding. Turns of there was class or part of the pool siding in the pool and she cut her foot on it. They drained the pool but still. For such a nice place I was surprised to have something like this happen.
