This home served as the gathering point for two families in celebration of grandmas 70th birthday. It was the perfect venue providing ample room for young and old. The pool was refreshing and the neighborhood walk each evening, when it cooled down, was terrific.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend in Chico, and LOVED this home. It was comfortable, had every amenity we needed (especially that beautiful pool during 90 degree days!), and is in a beautiful neighborhood. Stephanie was very communicative and helpful! Thanks again!

My mom, my cousins, and I stayed at the house, and other family who were in town for a family event were able to drop in easily. We shared meals together (kitchen had everything we could need!) and had fun splashing and relaxing in the pool and backyard. Very comfortable and hospitable.

First off the hosts were extremely friendly and communicative. Very kind and offered lots of helpful tips and suggestions for around the house and in town. The vrbo was immaculate, clean, and had everything you needed to cook, bbq, and more. The house really felt like home and the beds were also super comfortable. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to others!

We stayed for 3 days for Chico High graduation. The house was the perfect choice! The kids loved the pool, hot tub and outside games. The home had plenty of space and everything we needed. The location was super close to downtown Chico. We loved it!

Ideal size and location for our local family members to meet here at central location to join us for gatherings when we fly in from Florida. The children from 5-22 really enjoyed the time we spent together. We are all looking forward to a summer visit .hosts are professional and friendly. Thank you Stephanie

We enjoyed the location and the size of the property for our family. Ease of getting in and out with the code provided. Plenty of bakeware and kitchen tools and serving dishes etc were exceptional. Thankful to have the pool in the hot city of Chico!

The house is delightful, with a kitchen with every utensil one could possibly need. The place was clean except some of the pots in the kitchen cabinet were not clean and had to be re-washed. The beds are VERY comfortable and the linens very soft. That was a definite plus! We loved the Jacuzzi! We had not seen one with lights and a waterfall before. It was nice to have a piano as one of our group plays. Also the backyard is nice to hang out and lots of places to sit and socialize. Overall we were very pleased with the place.

We loved staying at this property! The house was equipped with everything we needed to have a great time! Everything was clean and well organized. Our family loved the pool & spa! Stephanie was awesome host! Anytime I had a question I was able to text her or call her directly with no problems. I would recommend this property for a fun family getaway! It’s close to downtown, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. We would definitely come back!

We stayed here fir my husbands birthday. The house was very clean and had all the amenities for a good time. It was lovely to have local family visit and use the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our party of 5. The hosts were communicative and friendly. We would love to stay here again.

It was an average of 100 degrees during our stay, but the air conditioner worked great and the outdoor set up with pool was great. We didn’t venture out to the other available activities because of the heat wave, and there was deliveries available for groceries and restaurants nearby. The owners were very responsive. One weird thing at the end was the owners saying their cleaners claimed we had smoked on the property against their home rules, but none of our family members smoke and it didn’t smell like smoke when we left. I called VRBO and got information on the dispute process but I think we were able to resolve the issue by text message with the owners.

The property is awesome! You can find all what you need (any kitchen stuff for cooking, lots of towels, any bath items even first aid kit). The hosts are friendly and always in touch.

We loved this vacation rental and had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Easy access and close to local restaurants. The house was spotless, beautiful, and very comfortable. The beds were easy to relax in and very soft. The pool was clean and the hot tub was great to enjoy at night. The games and puzzles were great to play with the family. We had a wonderful retreat and highly recommend!

We. Loved. This. Rental. We did a long weekend pool getaway with 2 couples, 3 kids (11-16) for the sole reason of kicking off summer after school ended. I’m sure Chico is a lovely town but there was no reason to leave this house, y’all!! The pool was clean, cool & refreshing - we spent the majority of the time swimming, the beds were hella comfy, there was plenty of S P A C E for everyone to have their own nook or gather together if the tweens felt like it, the kitchen had all those little things that makes it a great rental (spices, some cooking oils, all utensils, tons of baking/cooking pans, a coffee grinder, a blender, etc.), the BBQ was clean & worked great, the A/C cranked like a champ (it was mid-90’s when we stayed & sooooo nice and cool inside), stocked up on TP & paper towels, lots & lots of beach towels and I feel like I’m forgetting something because it seriously was just easy, fun & comfy - exactly what we were looking for!! The owner checked in to make sure we were all settled - so, super responsive in that department (spoiler alert: we didn’t need anything but we did ask about the master king mattress because it was *heaven*) - it was great to know we could reach out for anything. We already want to go back!!!
