Very nice condo. Beautiful views. Central location to where we needed to be.

Managment company (Vacasa) was horrible. Waited over 2 hours for the code to get in although property was booked days in advance. Was on phone for over 45 minutes waiting for code only to be told I had to call another number. Very frustrating. I booked the condo for my inspector working in the area and he had to stand outside and wait.

Mattress in the bedroom was awful we slept on the pull out couch

Location was really good, as promised. About 10 min walk to town, and very close to great walking trails. View from small balcony was really nice!

Our bedroom was facing outdoor staircase, so couldn't leave window open (light and privacy concerns.) No cross breeze, even with window cracked. So stuffy and a bit hot (we had hot days, and there is no A/c). Bed wasn't that comfy, but fine. Nothing about amenities in the unit- would have been nice.

The view was amazing! The place was nice for our short stay. It was also spacious.

We had to run the humidifier the entire time because it was so dry. Also the bed was too soft.

Nice 1bdr condo, quiet location, great value. Vacasa was excellent to work with!

Clean and perfect location close to town and the mountains.

The housekeeping staff was knocking on our door at 9 am on our checkout date. Our checkout wasn’t till 11 am but they did not speak English so we couldn’t communicate that. We felt rushed to leave and were all still in our PJS having coffee.

The directions to getting to the condo were very clear. Property Management was very quick in resolving our request. Apartment was very clean. Overall, the stay was very nice and pleasant!

We personally found the bed and the pull out couch too soft (we have bad backs). The pots and pans were in unusable condition (all scratched up), but as soon as we contacted Vacasa, property manager came and replaced the pots and pans. He was extremely apologetic and very efficient. The heating in the bedroom was poor so we ended up purchasing a small heater in Walmart, which seemed to have solved that issue.
