The house was beautiful, and the layout was great! Everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed our time there.

Our weekend stay was wonderful. The house was as shown, clean and comfy. We would recommend the house for any family or friends groups that wants to stay in a nice home in close proximity to Overland Park or KC.

Very nice property for our extended family stay-cation. Very well equipped with everything you could need from toiletries to firewood to kitchenware, even spices! Only issue was with WiFi when we first arrived, but was corrected promptly. Thank you!

This was such a great experience. We were able to bring family together to enjoy time together. The home was clean and to our surprise had everything we needed to prepare meals, including storage bags and paper products. We all mentioned serval times that this was a stress free property. The location was great - feels like we are out of town but with just in a few miles, we were able to pick up groceries from a fantastic store. We enjoyed the space, the outdoor space, and the game table. The communications with the manager were awesome. We all would highly recommend staying here.

This house was everything and more than we expected. Plenty of beds/bathrooms. Great outdoor space for sitting/playing. Ten minutes to Overland Park shopping and restaurants and same to Belton MO (Aaron's Bowling and mini golf was great). Owner was not stingy with supplies (coffee,TP, paper towels, spices, cooking supplies etc).

The home was clean and perfect for a large number of family and friends. Listing was very accurate and the large family room areas were great for a big group. The home is about 10-15 minutes away from any retail, restaurants, shopping and is quiet. There seemed to be a lot of train traffic not too far away and we could hear it numerous times, but it didn't keep us from being able to sleep. The only issue we had was that we arrived late on a snowy evening and the driveway is quite steep off a 2 lane road with large ditch/dropoffs and we had trouble getting into the driveway and up the large steep hill due to the snow and ice. Thankfully we were able to get into the driveway just far enough to not stick out into the street, but it would have been nice to have a cleared driveway or at a minimum salt and/or a shovel or two in the garage so we could get up the driveway and not have to carry all our belongings through the snow when we arrived. It was appreciated that we had access to park in the garage since it was quite chilly during our stay.

My team used this location for our retreat and it was great. No concerns or problems and the house was perfect.

It is a very beautiful home tucked away on a private wooded hill on 1.2 acres. It is beautifully decorated and has many areas for our family to congregate in the home and in the backyard! It is better than the pictures. The kitchen has great Applience too! I highly recommend this home. The hosts respond well and are very attentive.

Property was clean, spacious, welcoming and comfortable - everything that we expected and more. We had 10 family members, aged 20-60. All were happy to be staying at such a great house. We had multiple places to all get together and multiple places to get away from the group, as well as plenty of beds for everyone. Kitchen was spacious and everything worked well, beds were very comfortable, and gathering places inside and out were comfortable too. We came to see the Steelers play the Chiefs. The trip would have been bettter if we had a Steelers win.

This is a beautiful home. Easy access to stores and restaurants. Our 2 daughters and their families joined us and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Movie room downstairs worked great for grandkids to play and watch movies. Owner was always available by phone if we had a question or concern.

The rental company is awesome! They have thought of everything. We were surprised over and over about how well stocked this house is. Our family rents houses all the time and can't recall a better house with a better rental experience. Thank you for making our Xmas truly great!

This is an amazing property for a rental! We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be very comfortable. There was plenty of room for us and the beds were very nice with memory foam mattresses. The home was very clean and well stocked with supplies, such as hand and bath soaps, shampoo, detergents, and paper supplies. They also had quite a few Kpods for the Keurig coffee maker! It was located in a nice area and made it easy to travel to the places we visited. All though I did not speak to the property manager, he contacted me by text message and welcomed and texted again during our stay. I'm sure if we'd had a problem, it would have been taken care of. I highly recommend this rental property! Kathy

Stayed here with my immediate family. Location was in an upscale neighborhood. The house was clean and more than met our needs.

We held our annual cousin's reunion in Kansas City this year and were fortunate to find this fabulous home in which to stay. Conveniently located in south Overland Park, this house is beautifully furnished, from the kitchen supplies to the comfortable furniture and luxurious bedding. There is lots of room to spread out and watch TV , read or have a private conversation. Top of the line appliances and beautifully decorated, it offers everything one needs in a safe and elegant setting.

This gorgeous home was perfect for our group. We were a party of 8 adults and it was roomy, clean, and well stocked for our needs. The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfy and enough room for everyone in the home. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors were very friendly. Location is good. We enjoyed going into the city and staying around town. The hosts communication is awesome. I was able to text, call or email with them and they responded quickly. I would definitely recommend this home. A easy 5 star!!! Thank you again for making our week awesome!!

This place was absolutely amazing. One of the best if not the best place I've stayed from any site. Owner was quick to respond to our last minute booking as we were in a pinch. The house has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Fast Wifi, TV's in every room. Even iPhone chargers in every room. Even has bluetooth speakers in the master bedroom to listen to music while relaxing in the Jacuzzi tub. I can go on and on about the house. Simpler to just say it was perfect!

The home was in a beautiful neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook meals for our family. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 2 children.

Lovely home in a very nice area; clean and well stocked - easy to get to and easy to access the major hiways - more than enough room for 6 adults and 5 kids - the young parents and kids used the community pool, nice yard although not fenced for kids - communication was easy through text, responded very quickly to questions - very good experience!

We recently stayed here for a family gathering in Overland Park. The house was perfect. We have two small kids and they got along great! The rooms were nice. The house had comfortable amenities. It felt like home!
