6 of us came from Illinois to celebrate my niece's 30th birthday. My niece lives in Tampa and we wanted a different area to stay in and explore. It was wonderful to stay at Ann's place. The beds were super comfortable, the heated pool was wonderful, the house was exactly as pictured and communication with Ann was great. There was work in the neighborhood due to the city replacing storm drains or something and Ann warned us ahead of time so we weren't surprised and the workers were great about any inconvenience driving in the surrounding streets. The neighbors were nice when they were walking their dogs during the day. I would stay at this property again! Thank you Ann and Ted for the lovely long weekend!

Wonderful location for our family to share the holidays. Very well furnished; kitchen, linens, etc. Even including toys and highchair for our grandson. Plenty of patio and pool furniture. Slight issue with pool temperature when we arrived due to weather. Ann and Ted responded promptly to correct. Highly recommended.

This house was absolutely perfect! More then enough space for all of us! The kids room was soo cool with extra toys! The yard and pool were amazing (wish I was still there)! The property was well taken care of and all appliances were new!!! The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the 100 degree weather! Ann was soo quick to answer any questions we had! Will definitely be renting this home again!

We had a wonderful time. Ann was so accommodating and very thorough, with everything from beginning to end. They had everything you needed there for the week. Clean home, and in a quiet neighbourhood and perfect for the 7 of us. We will definitely be back!

Two couples over the age of 60 spent the week at this lovely quaint quiet home. We never made it to the beach because the heated pool was right at our doorstep! The home is well kept, clean, and immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, cups, etc. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and bed linens. Our stay was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly, one neighbor even took our trash out to the street (thinking we had left). We truly enjoyed ourselves and the pool was the piece de resistance! Thank you!

This house was everything we were looking for. I am hoping to make it an annual trip! My children had plenty to do. The pool was PERFECT! The home was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. Thank you for letting us use your home! We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!!

We stayed for over a month at this lovely home. It had everything we needed. Our kids swam in the heated pool almost everyday. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly people. Caretaker was very responsive and helpful. The property is as pictured and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!!

Low-key rental with very responsive owner. We used the house as a base for 8 days during the holidays – and omicron Covid – and enjoyed having the beach ten minutes away and easy access to highways to get to the Everglades. The house has a peaceful, private yard with a heated pool and space to eat outdoors. Quiet, low-key neighborhood. Ann goes all out to make sure any issues get handled promptly and the house is well stocked with beach towels and chairs, and all the kitchen basics, including spices. Good wifi. The house is okay. It’s an average 1960s FL ranch house; the 4th bedroom is a converted garage. We watched a few movies in the living area and the dining room was a great place to do a puzzle or eat dinner. The yard was great to have outdoor dining, and it was perfect. The open kitchen has been updated and is well stocked for cooking. Our challenge was lighting --which Ann offered us additional lamps. A good heavy maintenance cleaning and update would make the house give guests much more value for the steep price.

My son and 4 of his cloest friends wanted to attend a music festival in Miami Gardens. I did not want to be in the middle of the madness but close enough to get them back and forth daily. This was the just the house for me. FIrst of all communication beteween myself and the owners was awesome. They answered any and all of my questions no matter when or what I asked. The hosue is beautiful. Never have a stayed in a house that is so accommidating. There was an abundant amount of bedding, towels, soap, cleaning suppplies, a food pantry(this was top notch., and a very beautiful pool. This house was close enough to the highway that I was able to get back and forth to Miami without any issues. Yet far enough away that I was able to sit on the dock and enjoy the sunshine in peace. I cannot wait to return.

The neighbors were spying on us taking pictures of my family it was really uncomfortable and tense. The grill was a fire hazard. But I cleaned it the next victims won't blow up.

The stay was everything the host was very helpful and made sure I was comfortable and checked anything that I questioned communication was open 24/7 I would recommend this to anyone

Ann and teds home was amazing and just what me and my friends needed for a get away! The pool was amazing, and the neighborhood was very friendly would definitely stay here again!:)

This house was perfect for our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners were awesome to work with and very easy going. House was super clean, the pool is awesome!

I couldn't have been happier with our stay! The house was perfect with having multiple sleeping arrangements and the private backyard and pool was perfect for our family! I almost wish we had another whole week just to enjoy the house and pool more.

There's a full kitchen (for anybody that wants to cook on a vacation - haha). We really enjoyed the heated pool and used it every day! The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very prompt in our communications. I'd go back to the house again if an occasion arises. Going to the beach is a bit of a challenge. Parking is limited so you may have to carry your gear some distance. If you rent a couple of chairs and an umbrella, that will cost you $50.

Very nice 4BR house with pool in quiet neighborhood. Close to shops, restaurants, beach. Enclosed Florida room with table, chairs an added bonus. Only challenge for our family is the high cabinets as we aren't very tall. But that was a minor issue. Dining room has large table with seating for 8, great for the 7 of us. Very comfortable couch in LR by TV with ample cable stations. And Laundry room has large washer and dryer. All in all, we had a very nice stay in this house. Highly recommended.

All is great but the visitors need to know that beach is not very close by- under 4 miles but through city traffic. Otherwise all was good! Plenty of towels, all kitchen utensils and nice small pool- if you don’t mind cooler water. Ann was extremely easy to contact and the neighbor- Cat- was more than nice and available to help in case of mishap! Pompano Beach is awesome town, far from crazy Miami traffic and on the way from Ft Lauderdale to beautiful beaches/ state parks north from there which we enjoyed to the fullest!

We had a nice stay at the property, WiFi and pool worked well. 10 minutes from beach was easy and nice as well.

Ann and Ted are great hosts! Their home is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We travel 90% of the year and use VRBO for all of our housing needs. Needless to say we have experienced many different cities and properties and I put their house and hospitality in our top 10. I will definitely reach out to them again next time we are in the area.
