We were shown the main cottage in pictures while selling but we're given a room above servant room while we went to stay there. The beds were old and broken, the bathroom broken. The carpet was old and smelling. TV was 20 year old CTV. The property is on main road, so you will hear traffic noise all through night. There is high growth of trees below so you won't see any view from the common areas. We were shown the pictures of main cottage in site while booking but were made to stay in a makeshift room made above servant room when we reached. We ordered one bottle of coke and were charged Rs. 170/- for it. So, in a nut she'll, we felt cheated by the management.

The whole property was in a mess , totally rundown, poor location , dingy rooms. I am sorry to say' but even my driver wouldn't stay in such an accommodation. The room didnt look like it was shown in the pic when i booked online, I called up the person whose number I was given and shared my concern but he told me to check with booking.com as they were not responsible. They had one local caretaker who was handling everything there even the cooking . We didn't stay there at all . I asked for the refund as we were totally cheated on the property but they refused and said to take it up with our booking site which is booking .com. This whole experience left us in bad taste . We trusted Booking.com site and felt betrayed by this episode . This property should be taken off the site and blacklisted for cheating on tourists. Property on roadside so you are disturbed by every passing vehicle in your room. You can literally hear the traffic from your rooms bed. Staff is pathetic. They just don’t want to interact with you. You will get the dirty rooms and they will ignore your room cleaning request. They will avoid your food requests. If you ask them for food or cleaning again they will just ask you to checkout. Then they will keep asking you to checkout like they were just looking for a excuse to do the same. Not at all safe if you’re with your spouse. They talk like local goons and speak abusive language. Just avoid booking this place.

loved everything about this place

Cottages were clean and staff and the manager sojpal ji was very helpful and humble. The food was excellent. Enjoyed the stay.
