Cuisine assez sommaire. Manque d'ustensiles et une plaque de cuisson supplémentaire. C'est vraiment une kitchenette. Pas évident de laver avec le robinet. Isolation phonique pas dingue. Pas de balai. Pas de chaîne télévisée, que des accès à des applis payantes. À une petite demie heure du centre historique à pied. Pour info, il y a des escaliers à monter pour accéder aux chambres.

Absolutely lovely villa! The room is equipped with everything (absolutely everything) you need), and the host is very nice. The communication went smooth!

The apartment was clean, bright and fully furnished. The owner thought about everything to make the stay adorable: the were dishes, spices, coffee machine, There were extra towel for swimming time and also he also thought about sunscreen. The buildings is close to beautiful beaches as well as to the Old Town. The self check-in and checked experience was quite easy and quick. Thank you for making my journey comfortable. I will be back again.

Awesome location near a small beach and bar. We took a small boat to get to the city center of Zadar, it was really convenient. The studio was really clean and big enough, bed was confortable and fully equipped. Easy check in/check out and the private parking was practical! Definitely had a good stay here!

Best equipped appartman I have ever been - everything from coffee to phone chargers and sunbed creams.

The room is fully equipped. Self check-in process is very easy. The cool things is that you can arrive there by boat. When you get off the airport bus shuttle and walk 200 m up, you can take Bajkajol boat for 1 € and then just walk 500 m.

Fast and nice self checkin. The house were the apartment is in, is very nice and quiet. The apartment had everything that we needed and although is not in the center of the town, it's well located and only a short walk from the main areas.

The location is great. Only 2min walk to the beach and 20min to the Old Town. The whole place has a special, feel like at home, vibe. The room is spacious and clean. It had everything that was needed for my stay. The bed was comfy. Parking was available inside the gate. And what I must point out, one of the most welcoming hosts I ever had.

Dont´miss this place to walk Zadar... you can leave the car at home and enjoy a magnificent promenade to the old city.. things in the apartment were not clean, but sparkling... and there was no missing detail... thanks so much for being so professional... you're the proud of the sector!

a landlord with a mind of perfection, ornamenting the whole villa with necessities and informative gadgets, like maps, plugs, umbrellas, magazines… let alone those in the kitchen and toilets. you just come and enjoy, not bothering to do other additional plannings
