What a lovely tranquil accomodation with a friendly and helpful owner (thank you for everything Roberto!) We had a fantastic stay on the ground floor as a couple with 2 teenage girls for 3 nights. More than adequate room in the living space for the sofabed (we kept it as a bed all of our stay), spacious and shaded outdoor seating area with fantastic access to the pool. Zadar old town was easily accessible (and fun) especially travelling via the Boatmen of Zadar and the accomodation is close to the main road to Nin.
There was nothing we didn't like👍 (Although teenage girls recommend getting a shower head holder)

. From the moment we got there we we’re welcomed with lots of helpful information about places to go visit restaurants beaches ect.

This property is positioned in a great spot and is very easy to find. The room was large, clean and the bed was super comfortable. We also loved the pool and the outdoor kitchen that all guests can use. Parking is also available on the property. Would recommend to anyone!

First of all I would like to start with the host: he was very nice, helpful and friendly. On arrival, he explained everything in detail and showed us around. He also gave us ideas on where to go, what to see, where to eat.
The room was also very nice, clean and well equipped. We went with our 4 year old son and they got along very well despite not speaking the same language :)
Very nice location, quiet, nice design of the house and the pool and its surroundings are clean and tidy.
All in all a very super place to stay, I can only recommend it to everyone who wants to stay here.

beautiful apartment with everything you need. lovely outdoor area with a nice lil pool to swim in. 15 min walk into the old town, supermarket and bakery close by. Hosts were really friendly and helpful

Simple check in and check out, great comms from Anka the property manager, spotlessly clean room, lovely little pool area - pool nice and deep (around 5 feet) and very warm!
A balcony would’ve been lovely, but there wasn’t a room available with one when we booked. No complaints at all though.

Amazing location, amazing value, and amazing hosts (Anka and her family). The pool area was an intimate setting, at times it would often feel private. If I’m in Zadar again, I would definitely be staying at Sobe Dragic again!

Lovely apartment with pool view - very spacious and immaculately clean. Very lovely and helpful owners - would recommend apartment 8. 10 minutes walk to the little boat to the old town or 20 minutes without the boat. Some nice places for coffee close by. Swimming in the sea 10 minutes away. We loved it thank you - and we loved Zadar too.

Location is great very close to the waterfront with some nice bars and restaurants. Walking distance to the centre also!

The pool was fab all clean and plenty of sun loungers. Area was quiet and relaxing but close to everything that you need

The place was beautifully situated, it was near the center, but still in a quiet place. It was great to chill near the pool when it was sunny. The host was really friendly, she welcomed us and gave a map of the city and pointed places worth to see. We felt really comfortable, the room was nice, very clean with a big, comfortable bed.

Clean rooms, nice staff, nice garden, great barbecue place, nice location for trips outside the city, the owners are always available in case of question. This is a great place to chill out and relax on your vacation.

I love every single thing about this place: swimming pool, comfortable bed, size of the room, nice personal (we visited all recommended places). It is highly recommened espacially for those who want to chill out on the swimming pool
We only missed some kitchen equipment like plates in the room

The house is nice and the host was very friendly. She also helped us store our luggage and let us spend the day by the pool even after checkout. Everything was nice and clean and the pool area is amazing!
Our room was located on the 1st floor, so the windows were accesible from the street. Sometimes children ran around and hit the window for fun, so we cannot let the windows open and we had to leave the blinds down all the time for more privacy.

Very helpful and kind owners. Excellent, clean and modern apartment with direct doors to the swimming pool and terrace. Brilliant location, very quiet and nice looking area. Just couple minutes walk to shops and post office or cafe. Located super close to the old town and port. You can have a walk through the bridge or combine walk with short paddle-boat trip across the bay (brilliant one!). 1000% recommendation! For sure we are coming back :D
