Il soggiorno a quetzal loft è stato perfetto. L'appartamento si trova in una zona in cui possono entrare solo persone che hanno il permesso quindi è un'area tranquilla in cui accedono solo residenti/visitatori. L'appartamento è molto bello, ben tenuto e con un balconcino esterno attrezzato con tavolino e sedie. La cucina è perfettamente attrezzata. All'interno la casa è spaziosa, ha tutto ciò che si può desiderare e il bagno ci ha lasciati senza parole. Durante la nostra permanenza di 7 notti la casa è stata pulita 1 volta e ci è stato anche fatto il cambio lenzuola/salviette. Considerando le alte temperature è stata una fortuna trovare un appartamento con un condizionatore con 2 split regolabili separatamente. La proprietaria vive al piano terra (gli ingressi degli appartamenti sono separati) parla bene diverse lingue ed è disponibile per ogni richiesta. A noi ha persino fornito una moka con cui fare il caffe! Inoltre, secondo me molto utile il fatto che forniscano salviette da spiaggia oltre che quelle per il bagno. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

My host Amaryllis was fantastic! She made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. If I needed more toilet rolls, she was available downstairs. The apartment was a great size for a long-term stay. There was everything you needed to cook your own meals. There is a flat-screen TV so you can cast your Netflix shows. The best thing is the balcony where you can eat your meals and enjoy the sound of nature. The apartment has two AC which is needed when you are in Cancun during the summer! The shower is amazing too!

The apartment is quite far from downtown and the hotel zone. However, if you know how to get around using the bus, then you will be fine. If you can rent a car, then it would be ideal. I used Uber most of the time to get around and that was accessible from the flat. Fresh fruit and vegetables are not available locally but you can get them from Costco.

As the reviewers said, it was a really safe location and the room was spacious and very comfortable! The hosts Amarilis and Jorge are very kind and helpful! If the room is ready, they will accept early check-in, and they will keep your luggage after check-out as well. There are not many shops nearby, so it is convenient to have a car, but buses come frequently.

Very nice and comfortable stay there with a friendly hostess. Having a rental car is recommended since you are a bit far away from everything.

We only stayed here for one night (our flight departed the next morning), but in hindsight would have liked to stay longer here, because the appartment is super large and well-equipped! The bed was comfortable and there's even a double shower with good water pressure and temperature. The kitchen was well-equipped as well. It was an easy drive from the appartment towards the airport, but it's also quite easy to get to the beaches at the south of the Zona Hotelera of Cancun from here. We didn't really check out the neighbourhood, but there's a gas station nearby with a small supermarket.

The accomodation is located inside a gated community; we arrived by car and initially had to leave a passport/driving license with the guards at the entrance of the community. However, after we arrived at the appartment we got a parking permit from the owner and could get our document back without problems.

The host received us with a big smile and was very helpful throughout our stay. The place was very clean, in a nice neighborhood with all necessary facilities for a 4-5 day stay. We would book again anytime!
