We loved this house and the location. The house had spectacular rooms with beautiful views. Also we had a multi generational group and the living spaces easily divided into sub areas for each generation and then bigger areas for whole group activities. The kids loved the safe access to the rocks and beach. Nearby Scituate had a great selection of restaurants and shops. You could even get into Boston by public transit.

Had a wonderful time at this property even though part of our group was unable to make it. We had a great time relaxing in the house- taking long walks- just spending time together. It was a wonderful house to just relax in- tons of spaces for everyone to be together or apart as well as spaces to watch movies together and even a perfect puzzle table. We cooked at home nearly the whole time and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Even though it wasn’t a typical “ beach” vacation- being so close to the water was amazing. Would recommend this house without issue- hope to be back in the future!

No complaints. Wonderful experience

The home was better than pictured! The main room is much larger than the pictures show. The same is true of the double bed bedroom, it was definitely smaller than the 2 big bedrooms but surprisingly bigger than expected. The deck was the best space of all; plenty of space to sit and enjoy the view and sound of the waves. We never had an issue but sent owner a text and they quickly responded. The "owners manual" was packed with information. We did have to figure out the WIFI pass code was in lower case (not Upper as shown) but not a big deal. We also could not find the outside speaker to play music. (again, not a big deal as you could hear it from the dinning room while your at the grill). The instructions on the hurricane doors are clear (being from the Midwest, it did take some getting used to). The home was extremely clean and well taken care of. Only problem was that we had to leave. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The Ocean location is perfect....at high tide the water is nearly under the house-length deck along the ocean side of the house. Egypt Beach is adjacent to the property. Okay beach (definitely bring your water shoes) but there is really no reason to get off of the deck of the house. We saw seals directly in front of the house nearly every day. Two additional things stand out. One, I have never been in a better stocked home...including our own. It seemed like they had just left for for a week and just let us stay while they were gone. Even the outdoor shower had large full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and two types of skin moisturizer. (Of course the four full bathroom were equally well stocked.) Kayaks, beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys...the list goes on and on and on. ( I saw a vacation listing last week that you even had to bring your own linens and towels..hate that) The second thing that stood out was how well decorated the home is. Just really creative touches EVERYWHERE to bring "coastal décor/beach house vibe" to this home. The owners did a great job decorating. Sadly we will not book this house again. Coincidentally we will be moving to a home later this year less than a half mile away. Just a bit too close to spend our next summer vacation, though we really did consider it. I highly recommend this home for your summer vacation.

My family and I were lucky enough to spend the month of June in this incredibly beautiful- charming- spacious- tasteful home!! You never expect a home to look as accurate as the gorgeous photos and this was the case here as well. This was ABSOLUTELY BETTER then the photos!!😇😇😇 We loved every day - every evening of one terrific family home. We all feel very fortunate!!!

This was one over the top vacations with my family in just an exquisite home on the water. It is beyond your expectations in every way and we would 1000 percent recommend it to anyone lucky enough to find a date!

This home offered the perfect setting for our family to gather in celebration of my son's graduation. The views were breath-taking, the decks were inviting overlooking the ocean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable and the hospitality was amazing. Tamatha and Paul were great and responded quickly to our questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This was just the most terrific place. We convened with grandparents with whom we had not spent time in over a year. The house was perfect....enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Lots of space to play games, watch TV, listen to music. The ocean views were breath taking. Would highly recommend!

Gorgeous House

House is in a beautiful location, with wonderful views, right on the water. We loved the porch where you could sit on the porch swing or couch and watch the waves crash just in front of the house. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The common areas were comfortable and set up for a nice relaxing time with family. No real private beach area on this property, as it was all large boulders. But, you could walk the beach ( mostly pebbles and rocks). w e enjoyed exploring between the large rocks, finding rock crabs, mussels, snails and other tiny ocean life. If you wanted to sit, swim or take your shoes off, there were better beaches you could drive to. The town and surrounding areas have places to eat, etc. Noticed that some of the furnishings were a bit worn. It is not a place for you, if you expected A+ cleanliness. Overall, we loved our time there!

Just returned from a fabulous stay at this home. We were celebrating my daughter's college graduation. It was a wonderful time for my daughters and I to connect, relax, and unwind. We spent hours on the deck, both on the porch swing, the rockers and the deck couch. Be warned, you lay down on that deck couch and listen to the ocean waves with the breeze, you will sleep like you never have before. So refreshing. The house is stunning. Immaculate and decorated so perfectly with beach touches. The large dinning room table was perfect for spreading out our meals and lingering while we talked. Check out the photo album with pictures of the house renovations years ago....very cool. Tamantha is wonderful to work with. Quick to respond and so hospitable. The home has paddle boards and a kayak (and many beach chairs and toys...everything you could ever need!) and we really enjoyed those. Fantastic stay in a beautiful home with terrific hosts!
