Das Sunview House wurde 1998 erbaut und ist ein dreistöckiges Haus im Kolonialstil. Fühlen Sie die Wärme des Sonnenlichts und genießen Sie die malerische Aussicht auf das Gezeitenmeer und den Fluss durch fast jedes Fenster mit einem Blick auf das Meer vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus. Kurzer Fußweg zum South River, zum Humarock Beach, zu Restaurants, zum Coffee Shop, zum Package Store und zum Salon. Mehrere historische Stätten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gelegen zwischen Boston und Cape Cod. Einfacher Zugang zu RT. 3 & 3A. In der Nähe Bahnhof mit Zugang zu Boston.
Der erste Stock umfasst Wohnzimmer (Couch mit Ausziehbett), Essbereich, Küche und WC. Im zweiten Stock befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Vollbad und Waschküche. Das erste Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und das zweite über ein Queensize-Bett sowie eine Couch. Das Hauptschlafzimmer befindet sich im dritten Stock und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, eine Ledercouch, einen Schreibtisch, einen Minikühlschrank und einen hohen Tisch mit Stühlen. Es gibt zwei Duraflame-Kamine mit Fernbedienung im ersten und dritten Stock.
Es gibt das Hauptdeck (Haupteingang) sowie ein kleineres Deck auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses. Picknicktabelle, die Gezeiten- Sumpf gegenüberstellt. Stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. Any questions or requests were answered almost immediately. The property itself, clean, comfortable. Location close to the beach, scenic views and close to restaurants. I would recommend to anyone. I would definitely stay here again.

The owners have thought of everything. The house had all the little items (and more) you don't realize you need when staying somewhere for a few days. The grocery store was near by so we were able to eat breakfast and dinner at the house because t he kitchen had everything to make a meal. The owner responded quickly when I had a question. I was worried about the comfort of the bed and pillows since I'm 6 months pregnant but the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. The Keurig in the kitchen was such a nice surprise since I love coffee and the kitchen had a teapot which was perfect because I also love herbal tea. I hope all my future VRBO rentals are as wonderful as this place.

My husband and 3 teenage sons were looking for a VRBO by the ocean before attending a Gaelic football tournament in Canton. This house was clean and fully stocked with all necessary supplies including beach chairs, towels, extra blankets, coffee pods, cooking utensils, spices/condiments, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, etc. We didn’t have bring anything but our clothes, sunscreen and a beach towel. The host, Adam, thought of everything!
The house and location were perfect and exactly as described. We walked to the beach, donut shop, fish market, and icecream window. We ate at the Voyage Pub and the Bridgeway Inn and the food was delicious. We really loved the fresh seafood!
We found out the area is nicknamed the Irish Riviera. The locals were very friendly and we fit right in. Our family felt very safe here and we let our teenage boys roam around independently to get icecream and donuts. Our stay was very relaxing and it was a great getaway from the usual daily grind. We plan on going back again!

Perfect home. Great to have 3 bedrooms, each with large beds. Kitchen has everything you need. 1 and a half bath worked well. Plenty of towels and hot water. A/C units and ceiling fans kept house cool. Plenty of parking. Good location.

My family stayed here while we had our floors refinished, and it was so nice being able to was to and on Humarock each day. The house is cozy and well equipped. The neighborhood is friendly. Thanks for sharing your house!

We had a great time at Adam’s rental. It was nice walking each morning to the donut shop. Only took 2 mins to drive to the beach (totally walkable also). The house was just as described and we really enjoyed not having to worry about beach towels or chairs.
There was a slight hiccup trying to check in, my phone didn’t have service to load the instructions with the code, but Adam was quick to respond via the ring doorbell. We would gladly stay again.

My husband and I were more than pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The place was even nicer that the pictures. Adam made a breeze to check in and even let us arrive a little early. The kitchen had all we needed. There were ample towels both for the bathroom and beach. The air conditioners were already turned on which was great because it was a hot one! The beach was a very short walk with a cute donut shop, gift shop and ice cream place a long the way. Highly recommend this house for a couple or small family getaway.

Nice views, very relaxing. Comfy beds and great communication from the very friendly host. A worry free stay while in town for a funeral. Just about anything you need under the sun is just a few minutes drive.

This house was adorable and we absolutely loved it and it fit our family perfectly. We were up here on a family vacation for Christmas as well as a family funeral and Adam was awesome and all his accommodations..

This property was the perfect spot to gather with my college cronies…hard to believe we’ve known each other 50 years!
The house was clean, comfortable and had all the desired amenities. The location was just right for a rendezvous, as we were traveling from 3 different places spread across Massachusetts. Although it was a bit too chilly for sitting outside, we enjoyed a walk to the beach, cooking our own meals and just hanging out and reminiscing.
I look forward to staying again.

The house truly feels like an oasis, a home away from home. Everything from the booking to check-in to check-out was seamless. Adam goes above and beyond to provide guests a welcoming atmosphere. The house exceeded our expectations! The location is fantastic, the rooms had beautiful views, the amenities were new, and there was plenty of room for parking, (which can sometimes be an issue when staying at beach houses). The owners were very welcoming and super flexible when we asked to arrive a little bit early and checkout a little bit late! Overall it was a great place to stay!

Nice Place, clean clean clean
My family stayed to attend a graduation in Boston. Everyone was very satisfied with the home. Reasonable drive into the city for a much more reasonable price than the homes actually in Boston.

Great place in Humarock
Beautiful property, immaculate inside and very user friendly. Adam was very responsive and welcoming. If you are a birder there are binoculars available and great views. Very walkable area two dining options available, the Voyage Irish bar and the Bridgewaye inn have excellent food. There is also a lovely deck to enjoy a glass of wine and the view. And it’s just a short walk to the beach.

Peaceful Oasis
This cozy home in Hummarock served as home base while in town for a family funeral. It was spotless and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and a comprehensive array of personal hygiene products as well as laundry soaps. The beds were comfortable and extra linens were available. Although we did not use the Keurig, the hosts provided a wide variety of coffees and teas, as well as hot chocolate for use. Adam was so accommodating with check in and check out, which eased our stress level tremendously. Your kindness was so appreciated, Adam. The home is within walking distance to Hummarock Beach, and with unseasonably warm temperatures, was a peaceful way to end our evenings with a stroll. We also enjoyed dinner at Bridewaye Inn (delicious clam rolls and fish chowder) and fresh donuts in the morning from Dockside Donuts, both of which are aslo within walking distance of the house. We plan to return to this lovely home during the summer to take advantage of all the area has to offer.

Wonderful and charming house!
Adam couldn’t have been more accommodating. It was lovely to arrive and have a nice note and a bottle of wine waiting for us! And not having to worry about going out to get coffee after our extra long drive was a big bonus. The hosts have anticipated your every need! Great escape near beach
Perfect house for a quiet weekend near the beach. The house has everything you need, very well equipped and furnished. Nice quiet neighborhood with nice walk to Humarock beach. Nice view of marsh and river from house. Really enjoyed our stay and would love to go back!

Satisfaction guaranteed.
I had a wonderful stay from 8/22-8/28. Upon arrival Adam was just leaving the property. He was pleasant and helpful. The place was just as pictured online and all the little touches were apparent. I brought along some stuff “just-in-case” but found that all of it had been provided. Coffee, Tea, sugar, and even creamer were nice touches. The grill was functional and adequate for our needs. Shops and stores are close enough that any thing you forget can easily be picked up. The rooms were bright and clean. The towels and linens were quality and all the amenities worked without a hitch. The short drive or 10 min walk to the beach was a breeze was convenient. I had a great time with my kids and would return.

Great house in a little beach town.
Found this great house to stay in while in the area for a hockey tournament. Being able to walk to a local beach to eat lobster rolls from the local seafood market sure beats staying in a hotel! House was super cute and plenty of room for our family. Great location with nice views of the marshland. Parking by the beach and town can be a challenge so bring your bikes or just walk.

Sunview House Stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Sunview House! We came to town to visit family for a few days and needed something close by. The house was clean and well stocked. The property manager was very friendly and prompt with communication. My kids enjoyed the surrounding property and views of the marsh. I'm sure we will be back!

Family of Five winter stay
We stayed at this Humarock rental because of work being done at our house. Adam was more than accommodating with our changing needs based on when work was starting at home etc. The house has a lovely view of the marsh and from the third floor, the river/ocean. The home was immaculate which is much appreciated during the pandemic. The home also had all the supplies you would need. Plenty of towels, pillows and the kitchen was stocked with all needed pots, pans, utensils etc. The coffee and tea provided was an extra nice touch. It’s an easy four minute walk to restaurants, coffee, convenient store. Six minute walk to the beach and another great restaurant and ice cream spot (The Voyage). Thanks again Adam for making our stay great.
