Die Lage direkt an der wunderschönen Cala Gran war super. Zudem sind die Wege in den belebten Ort äußerst kurz, sodass alles schnell erreicht werden kann. Wer einen Mix aus Ruhe, Stil und belebten Restaurants ist, ist am Hotel genau richtig.

Die Klimaanlage hatte getropft und durch einen Lüftungsschacht ist nachts ein Tier gelaufen. Allerdings hat sich das Personal den Themen sofort angenommen.

It is very difficult to sum up this experience, positive things that deserves very good feedback are location by the beach, 2 pools, garden, great food, really nice stuff at the restaurant and house keeping. However people at the reception managed to ruin the good impression.

We reserved a room with sea view, however after we entered the room we quickly realized that we don’t have a sea view room but the side sea view room. Which at the time was around 200 € cheaper. When we went to reception to ask about it, receptionists seemed confused and had to check with manager, then informed us that there are actually no direct sea view rooms at the hotel, only lateral view. The explanation was that booking.com is offering rooms which don’t exist at this hotel. They also kept repeating that we have a very good room because it’s bigger than other rooms, unfortunately we never cared for size of it + it had a bad AC smell. However on the last day we saw a housekeeping done on a room with a beautiful direct sea view. During check out we again brought up this topic, this time a different receptionist was there and according to her only 3 rooms have direct sea view and they are much more expensive than the room we had. This changed once I showed her confirmation from booking.com which clearly stated that the room we paid for was a sea view. The receptionist offered to call us her manager, who turned out to be on a very important meeting (we did check out at noon…) and so we were advised to resolve it via mail. We send them 3 emails but they never replied… It would be at leat professional to admit something went wrong during chcek in and offer us solution, sadly they decided to go other way Therefore, i would like to worn those who are considering to book a better room, dont its just not worth it 🙁. Use your money elsewhere

Fresh air in the room. Door can not be open during the night + air conditioner work only below 25 set, not calculating the real temperature in the room.

The best part about this hotel is that it’s right next to the most beautiful beach. The breakfast was also great.

It was a lovely hotel but not great for younger people or solo travellers. Not much of a vibe and full of elderly people away on holidays which is totally fine but probably just something to keep in mind when thinking about looking at this spot for a younger person

The location of this hotel was phenomenal. Right on the beach with direct access. The beach was beautiful and clean! Loved the location. The food was excellent, with lots of choices.

When we arrived after a very long trip from the USA, we were informed that our room wasn't going to be ready until 7pm, because the guests before us requested a late check out. That was unacceptable. The staff was not very helpful and we were beyond frustrated and tired... Barely any entertainment at night. I did not like that water was not included in the price at dinner.

The location was perfect. Right next to the beach with direct access through a gate. The staff was great ( particularly Jose, Daniela and Irene) and super attentive. There was diversity in the food.

The signs inside of the hotel should be better, you can get easily lost

The property was very clean and we upgraded rooms so it was a very good size.

We were at the top of the stairs right above breakfast so it was very very noisy.

Location is perfect. Next to beach and all the shops and restaurants are only 3-4 mins walk from hotel.

Breakfast and Dinner were okay but not great. Air Conditioning in the rooms was not efficient. It would take several hours before it can cool the room down. The most unpleasant experience was at the time of check-in. My bank app went under maintenance at the time of check-in (11 PM untill 3 AM in the morning) . The person at reception called me at 3 AM in room to make the payment despite having my bank card in his custody. Very unfriendly encounter at the hospitality business.

Perfect location for a relaxing vacation. All the staff in the restaurant was so nice, always taking care of us with a smile!

Staff in the reception a bit rude. The person didn’t explain much, and that’s disappointing because the hotel has a lot to offer, I think she wasn’t in a good mood. Food could be better.

Absolutely everything. Great hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, staff helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was amazing and catered for everyone. The location is fabulous, right on the beach front. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely go back.

Staff in the hotel and restaurant were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with direct access to the beach.

Some of the food dishes were a bit tasteless and bland. It might be better to have less choice but higher quality.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Plenty of sunbeds overlooking the beach out around the grounds aswel as around the pool. Really clean, super friendly staff and yhe breakfast was lovely

Location could not be better. Very nice rooms, working air conditioner, balcony overlooking the beach. Short steps away from shops, beach, restaurants. Was able to find parking for my vespa/scooter right in front each time I left. Great breakfast as well.

Not really an issue but the hotel has a strange layout which results in a lot of walking around internally to get from your room to either the lobby or exit or breakfast, etc.
