Great food and pool area

Air conditioning within room not always cool and room was fairly small but all we needed for a few days

Location is fine, near to the beach. Food as well. Changing every day. Everyone can find something for them selves

The room for 1 Person was fine, but is not 4 star quality. The TV is old. The bathroom small and could be renovated. The AC didn't work properly

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Lovely small room. I had a single room which was compact but met my expectations. Great breakfast. The omelette man did a great job. My only minor gripe is that the

steam room wasn't switched on for 2 of the 3 days I was there. I loved the spa pool indoors

A clean, well maintained, quiet hotel with everything an average tourist may need for a couple of nights. Not far from the airport, but a walking distance from the beach, too. The rooms had all the usual facilities and our stay was uneventful. The reception staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating and deserve a medal.

Rooms were small, and I mean it. Breakfast was a slight disappointment. It was very crowded, especially that breakfast closes rather early. Despite the season (October), very little was on offer in terms of fresh fruits and vegetables. Coffee was barely drinkable. Otherwise, the food variety was reasonable. Pool water was not heated, or very cold anyway, so it was difficult to take a swim despite the weather of 30 degrees/

Swimming pool area really nice and chilled. Breakfast was generous with a great variety.

The guy in reception was not friendly at all and seemed very stressed out and a bit rude. We got an accessible room which was looking really odd. I've asked to change and they said it wouldnt be possible and did not give any alternative.

The pool looked good but we were only there for one night so we didn't use it. Convenient for airport.

The bathroom smelled of drains and the room had an extremely overpowering air freshener which we couldnt find (presumably to cover the smell of the drains). We got the cheapest room which was very small. The corridors and room looked really dated. Receptionist was a bit grumpy. We could hear people in the corridors and noises from other rooms throughout the night. We didn't sleep well.

Proximity and ease of travel to the airport

Very noisy. Despite an 11am checkout was disturbed 3 times between 9-11 by staff knocking when I told them I was still using the room. One even tried to enter the room when I clearly said I was in it. There was also an awful drainage smell. This place is not 4 star - I’ve no idea how it commanded this rating!

The location is great and the hotel is very nice and clean. The breakfast is exceptional, a lot of choice and very delicious!

it is 4 star but the room is not like 4 star .

The Reception staff was very friendly and took care of us. The breakfast and dinner were of good quality.

The bathroom is was not as clean as it had to be suspected for the room category.

The hotel has all the right facilities,beautiful pool with a food truck,and the breakfast is amazing.

The problem was that I write in advance that I want a room up to have a good sleep,they said that is OK,and then I was given a room at first floor,so I have many nights with not so good sleep. The second problem is that the hotel is full with the most pathetic young generation of germans,they come very drunk every night at yels in the hotel,a total nightmare,the problems is resolved by the older generation of germans that come outside the room and threaten them with the police.
