The place was dusty Lounge seating not comfortable for a family.

Great location for our requirements. Good size for families or a group. As clean as an older apartment can be. Beautiful view.

Having to pick up and drop off keys 15 minutes (on a good day) south of the complex. It is deceptive that this information is not given on here. Guests should be aware of this fairly major inconvenience before booking.

Location

Extremely out dated. Old furniture, useless ALDI TV, no aircon, crabby permanent residence, Family photos on the walls no-one wants to see. It's 2022 not 1995.. honestly not worth the money. Oh and Bradman Ave along Maroochy river is very busy and very loud.. Typical sunshine coast tax of expensive but underwhelming

Would have liked a guide to how to use stove top & oven... small instruction in welcome book Would have liked more tea towels. [4] Would have liked extra hand towels ... for bathrooms & kitchen. Kitchen was well provided with everything... thank you.

Location, cleanliness

Had to ride 20min from the property to collect and drop off keys No HD TV No WiFi

20 minute drive to get keys, only able to pick up between 2-5pm, and return keys also a 20 minute drive, so inconvenient. Had to take out the rubbish bins on first night - 2 wheely bins of rubbish (not mine). Apartment was so much smaller than it appears. It was cold! No heating just blankets for warmth. Fitting car into tiny lockable garage was time consuming and stressful. On main road so very noisy all day and night. Across the road is not beach, but river, more suitable for boats, not a swimming spot. If I'd known any of this I would never have booked. No pool, no gym, no reception. No wifi, no cable tv. So overpriced!
