Worst service

I had an absolutely wonderful stay there, with excellent service, and I plan to return in the future.

For 4 hrs advance check in, hotel charges full 1 day rent from me. Poor service.

behaviour of the receptionist is very worst and not answering very harsh.. doesn't know English.. Rooms are very compact not spacious... Even though we requested to pay extra amount for good room they are telling cancel your booking and go out if don't like it..

I didn't like anything in this hotel, nothing was working and there service was horrible I only booked because of booking.com

1. Room was not clean 2. There was no hot water even after asking in reception 3.no room service even after paying more 4. They took extra 500 for early check in which was not mentioned in instructions 5.hotel manager was very rude, he was not listening at all to anything which we asked 6.we almost followed up for 5 time to even get one cup of tea 7.no proper communication, not able to understand English correctly
