Helpful staff. Decent breakfast spread.overall ambience was good. Though we arrived tired and late, check in was smooth and fast which was a big relief. Though there was a goof up in house cleaning , things were made better by the staff.

The do not disturb is a switch next to clean my room switch, both with extremely tiny and blurry labels and situated just next to the master power switch by the bed. So in the night invariably all the switches turn on and next day the room is not cleaned because the “do not disturb” sign is on. We reached back close to midnight and imagine the horror we had : wet towels on the floor, bed not done ……yuck! The staff did make some amends, but a situation totally avoidable. Next day as we checked out at approx 11, All alongside the corridor almost all the rooms had both do not disturb lights and clean my room sign glowing alongside…….all the guests are going to return to unkempt rooms ! Crazy system.Whoever designed this….?

Debkanth went beyond and ensured that we had a fabulous stay. Have been here in 2016 too. Best place to be staying in Tirupati. Expecting to come back.

The food was excellent in both Lotus and Krishna cafe’. The food staff and bag staff is exceptional.

The front desk staff is the worse, they made us wait for a longtime. They need more mature front desk staff. Atleat have a temporary room ready for people waiting so that they can use the toilet and take a shower and get ready and store their bags.
