Fantastic views! This is a lovely clean appartment in a quiet location.

Very nice well equipped apartment. Fabulous views of Brixham town and harbour, but spoilt by presence of ugly scaffolding.

Presence of ugly scaffolding seriously detracted form the view (which is the main selling feature of the property). £100 compensation offered.

wonderful views pub close by with local musicians . Bus travel only £2 each way, to certain places , apartment very clean

after a four hour journey there could be better signage for access to LOBBY there are various doors around the area , perhaps a sign saying LOBBY would help?

Having stayed in another apartment in the same block this was just as impressive. A super clean apartment in calm colours, with a seaside theme enhancing the spectacular view over the harbour, cosy and well appointed for two, plenty of room for your belongings. A well equiped kitchen to cover your needs to dine in if you wish. Parking place outside is a real bonus with adequate space if all residents are considerate of each other. The special touches of milk in the fridge and gift of fudge were very much appreciated, as were the boat shaped towels all of which made us smile on arrival.

Probably the settee wasn't very comfortable or the chair. But pleased with everything else.
