In a great location, caravan was clean, staff were friendly.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, There isn't enough room in the shower room to use the toilet properly,if the cupboard wasn't under the sink it would be better. The shower curtain wasn't great so water went everywhere. . Entertainment wasnt great same thing every night.

Site is well situated and clean. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Shop on site had everything needed too

Unfortunately the evening entertainment brought the standard down for the site. The entertainment staff look like they really don't want to be there, don't really make any effort with the kids. Shame really

The caravan was beautiful, the layout was perfect, the staff were friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We also loved the location of the caravan, many thanks for a lovely holiday, we will definitely come again 😊 👍

It would have been nice to have WiFi available in the caravan, instead of having to go to the club house.

The caravan was clean and very comfortable for the four of us.

Not a lot on the park for children to do. Only one trip wire really and the crazy golf was so bumpy with dips and holes .Best thing was swimming but then you had to prebook the day before and could only swim for three quarters of an hour.Went for a some food in the club room and placed the order. Waited and waited and could see people who came in after us had been served. Went to the counter,they had lost our food order so had to wait again till it was cooked Food. wasn’t that warm. .Had to clear a table before we sat down as well as it was full of dirty plates.Entertainment wasn’t really good.A lot of bingo every night.Shame really because the site is lovely,just not enough for children to do. All the staff on the site were lovely and very helpful in reception.Just think the kids play area needs updating .

Shop keeper (julie) was a lovely freindly person made you feel so welcome some of the other staff were freiendly others not so much Caravan was clean and tidy

Some staff were not very friendly Not enough childrens entertainment of an evening its was bingo every night not once was there.a disco or anything like that The swimming pool you had to book a time slot but you only had 45 mims and in that time you had to get changed into swim wear and also dried and into clothes again Prices were quite high

The caravan was clean, modern, comfortable, kitted out and in a good place even despite being right behind the reception/clubhouse it wasn’t too loud and was in reach of everything. The staff was lovely. Plenty of clean fresh pillows/duvets/sheets. The little hygiene pack and refreshment box was a great touch and the biscuits in there were divine 😍 The huge selection of kids DVDs in the cupboard was amazing, our 3 little ones enjoyed choosing a film and snuggling down before bed after we got back from the fun evening entertainment, we even added to the collection for future visitors to make use of☺️ Both of the pools was quite a decent size but they were pretty cold for us so we couldn’t stay in them too long🥶 The kids parks were great and fun equipment for all ages. The mini golf and pool table was free to use which was great. The foxy gang were great and even though my 4 year old son didn’t have a clue how to play tiddlywinks, the young man was amazing at guiding him how to play and when he won by getting the token into the cup he was given a little certificate which he was and still is so stoked about!!! The Hoover had nothing on Noo-Noo. It smelt of burning and didn’t pick up despite being empty😳 No tongs in the cutlery draw🤣 The price of food was pretty extortionate, we thought we’d get breakfast before we set off home but at £5.50 for beans on toast and £9 for a breakfast it was a no no! Maybe money off or a certain % off vouchers added into our information pack on arrival would be a good idea to get more people to purchase food?

The caravan had a faint smell of dog in it because the caravan site was pet friendly

Even out of season we are still paying guests on holiday, so its disappointing when things aren't open or close early!

Close to a nice little beach facilities were ok

Smell in the caravan and a bit tatty but didn’t complain as was a cheap getaway

Was quite small but given the price was very good value for money and no complaints about facilities inside

Was just difficult to fit our travel cot in as have a small baby but other than that was fine

Caravan was clean and well located. The evening entertainment was excellent. The beach was beautiful and set in a little cove down lots of tiny steps which was a great adventure. Good range of products in the shop

Daytime entertainment was not great. Circus skills was a load of circus equipment poured out onto the floor, with not much support from entertainments team. We went to do build a bear but hadn’t realised that it wasn’t on due to them not having the equipment needed and had 2 very upset children. However I went to reception and told them and a week after our trip we received a box of goodies for each of my children which more than made up for the inconvenience.

Location at the top of the site was perfect and very quiet. Very close to the coastal path with suited perfectly. Only niggle was a temperamental boiler that kept cutting out. I booked a gold caravan and was informed by the park direct, that due to a booking error all gold accommodation was fully booked and I was downgraded to a bronze with a small refund. The bronze was much better than expected with full central heating , large flat screen tv, well fitted kitchen. It was very clean and comfortable and I was not at all disappointed. P.S I didn't bother reporting the boiler until I left as I was able to keep re setting it myself.
