Everything was amazing except the cleaning bug staff do not do a very good job cleaning the garbage outside at the front entrance, they do not clean around the pool otherwise amazing place with amazing views

This was a great studio condo for our Las Vegas stay. Had everything we needed. Overlooked the pool and very quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Really nice and quiet location close to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Room was described adequately and the impression was beautiful. It was on the 4th floor overlooking the lake and pool - beautiful views. Check in was smooth and easy, clean and up to date room. All amenities worked very good, bed was really comfortable and balcony hangout was peaceful. We will definitely be staying there again and thank you to Robyn, Sid Gajjar and Raymond for your hospitality. You have a beautiful place.

This property is clean, secure, quiet, beautiful views, fantastic amenities, excellent communication. Was EASY from booking all the way through the stay. Lots to do within walking distance (varies on time of year). Lake Las Vegas is the only way we will be doing Vegas from this point on. Thanks for the hospitality!

Worst bed ever. I sat down on one side of the bed and the mattress fell to the floor. I'm only 160 pounds.
After lifting the mattress, you can see OLD, bent, thin slats that are supposed to support the mattress. It does not! They don't stay in the frame. Informed the host. He offered for housekeeping to come look. It's beyond help. He is too cheap to get a real bed frame. AND, all the furniture is garage sale quality. Aside from the view, this place is a dump.

It was a great condo the bacolony was excellent at night i think they should be shutters it will keep it cooler, also put some cards and dominos in the game section, i had trouble with wifi nut my husband didnt but other than pandemic closing alot of the ammendities it was nice and relaxing,

Property was nice and well kept. Parking on the other hand not so good. The first night I checked in late and couldn't find any place to park. I was instructed that the parking was outside the building or in the Casino Parking Garage. There was no signage as to where the Casino Parking was and ended up parking at the Hilton nearby. After a long day this was definitely an inconvenience.

Pool closed, no communication
The resort area was very nice. When arriving we noticed that the pool was half empty and closed. We were never notified of this issue. I text the host immediately and never got a reply. We had a very long walk to another pool. Had we known of the closure we would have changed to a more convenient location. Also in the listing it stated sofa bed which was not

Labor Day Weekend
Stayed over Labor Day weekend and pictures are accurate. Clean, quiet, lovely view, and great pool area. Everyone was polite, Raymond our host was charming and laid back. We had a great view of the fantastic fireworks Sunday night! We dinged a star on the check-in because there was no place to park in the Luna lot when we arrived. While there are signs posted about parking only for residents and guests, it is not enforced. So we had to park at the other end of the lake in the Hilton garage and walk to our room - during a 109 degree heat wave. Suggestions to the condo owner/manager: please provide more than 3 small bed pillows, a few large towels instead of only towel sheets, and see if the HOA will provide a security guard during events to enforce parking. We will be happy to return but not during events.

This really is an Oasis in the desert. It is quiet peaceful and is very much a resort community and we really enjoyed our stay. It also very close to Lake Mead and so many beautiful hikes. The only concern was the booking process, we booked through VRBO but it never did show up on my VRBO kept showing Id looked at it but never that it was booked. I had to text Premier Properties about everything, it was a little stressful but thankfully they were awesome and always got back to me right away.

Frequent visitor to Vegas as we have family here. Wanting a change from casino life found this property with truly magnificent views everywhere you go. Best time was hiking in Wetlands Park. Weather was low 60s so awesome walking weather. We are over 60 so the quiet beauty of location really made us happy.
