Das Hotel liegt im 4. Stock mit erweitertem Balkon ohne Hindernisse oder Straßenlärm. Sitzbereich mit Panoramablick auf das Meer, um Ihr Frühstück oder Ihren Morgenkaffee zu genießen. Dieses schöne Gerät verfügt über 11/2 Bäder. 1300 sf. Kingsize-Bett im Master, zwei große Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer. TV im Master und im Wohnzimmer, reservierte PK, zentrale Klimaanlage, WLAN, voll ausgestattete Küche. Die Saint Clair-Kollektionen (ESJ Towers) werden derzeit renoviert. Wir haben ein neues Fitnessstudio, eine Lobby, ein Spielzimmer, einen Pool, ein Restaurant, eine Bar und eine Poolbar. Das ESJ befindet sich am schönsten Strand von PR. Andere Hotels und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekt für einen Familienurlaub, einen romantischen Kurzurlaub oder eine Geschäftsreise.

Communication with owner/manager was quick and easy, condo was clean and had pretty much all we needed. Beds in 2nd bedroom were a little too firm for my teenagers but condo was comfortable and overlooks ocean. It is close to casino, restaurants, CVS, Walgreens, ice cream, supermarket, etc. There is a resort next door that you can pay for a day pass to three great pools and other amenities. Beach had drink and food vendors (we did not partake, though), banana boat rides, and jet ski rentals. Overall, a great vacation.

This apartment was a fantastic place for 5 of us to be very comfortable and enjoy the ocean view! We could hear the sounds of the waves day and night. Steps away from the beach! We all had the best vacation.

From booking, to check in, to the stay, to checking out, everything was perfect. Best host I have ever experienced on VRBO and I would highly recommend to stay here. Hope to return! Beautiful home!

The property is exactly as described. ESJ towers is old and the rental unit has a lot of miles on it. Amenities such as the pool and bar are closed. The beach is excellent. Never heard a plane during our entire stay even though we were right next to airport. Access to various highways to explore is excellent. The owner responded promptly and appropriately to issues seemingly before i finished texting.

I am a PR native who lives abroad and visits la Isla often. Believe me when I say the best thing this condo has is LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. The amenities of the community and unit are splendid. Parking spot is great if you're driving a rental. If you're not, everything you can possibly need is within a 1/2 mile radius - restaurants are steps away and grocery store super close with a cheap Uber ride. The unit was spacious, clean, and with a full kitchen where you can prepare a full meal if you want. The ocean view from the main area is breathtaking. I was up at 6am every day to watch the sunrise. AMAZING. The pool area and direct beach access are fantastic. I made a couple of minor recommendations to the property manager about trivial things that have no bearing on my overall feedback. The property manager was very responsive and provided all the indications we needed for our stay. We hope to return soon.

This condo is located right on the beach with a great view. The owners were great at communication and fixed an air conditioning problem quickly. The one thing we were disappointed with was the overall cleanliness. The linens and towels smelled bad like no one changed them, so we had to wash them all. The entire building needed major renovations. If you want a great location this is perfect, but don’t have high expectations for anything else.

The apartment was clean and simple. Nothing fancy. Balcony had beautiful views of the beach and ocean. Didn't love air-conditioning unit on balcony.
