Läget med nära gångavstånd till allt. Mycket bra frukost i fin rustik miljö med julstämning i december.. Nyrenoverade rum.

Kunde vara mer praktiskt inredda rum, ganska trångt i vårt dubbelrum med få ytor och ställen att stuva undan prylar och packning, saknade skriv)arbetsplats.. Även dåligt med avställningsyta i toalettrum.

Centralt hotell med bekväma sängar och bra frukost!

Då baren var stängd hänvisades vi till att använda minibaren. Minibaren fylldes inte på under vistelsen, vilket då blir en miss. Städningen utfördes dåligt… Även om det är lågsäsong bör man ändå ta hand om de gäster som väljer att bo på hotellet.

Someone above us (we were on floor 4) was wearing high heels - incredibly loud! The pillows could have been firmer.

Comfy beds and really nice decorations. The staff are extremely friendly. They allowed us to store our luggage even after our booking has finished.

There are several restaurants and nightclubs around the hotel, so the room was very noisy until 4am. Not much sleep.

The newly renovated room has new smell and the exhausting fan a bit loud in the evening, otherwise everything seems quite OK.

No parking at hotel was a minor inconvenience but no big deal

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient as it is situated in the heart of the old town, just a stone's throw away from the port and sea. Although the building is old, the interior has been recently renovated to a high standard. The check-in process was swift, with the key already prepared upon arrival. While the room may have been small, it was certainly suitable for one person. The breakfast hall was an interesting space, adorned with various paintings, antique furniture, and vintage dishes that added to its charm.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at the 4-star hotel, as I had expected at least a clean bed. However, upon inspection, I found hair on the sheets, as well as in the shower and on the bathroom floor. It was evident that no attempt had been made to clean the room before my check-in. To make matters worse, the shower doors were not sealed properly, and the water flooded the bathroom, leaving it a mess. I was also surprised to find that the reception closes after 5 pm, which was not communicated to me upon arrival. To avoid being locked out, it's essential to check the code from the key card. There weren't bottles of water. I tried the tap water in the room, it was chlorinated, but as I had heard that it was safe to drink tap water in Sweden. So you need to visit grocery shop to buy water because I didn't find it in hotel. Lastly, there was no daily cleaning service, and nobody came to tidy the room during my stay.

Hotel had absolutely amazing location. In the heart of the Visby Old Town, literally next door to the Gotland Museum and additionally in the very old beautiful, historical building which was fully renovated. The room was modern and clean, the bathroom tiny but everything necessary was there. In the room was also hairdryer, safebox and minibar. Breakfast was very tasty with huge variety of products, Additionally in the lobby there was tea/coffee and small sweet snacks available all day. There was also storage for luggage if necessary. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Maybe the only minus I could personally find was that all the information was in swedish - in the hotel, in the lobby and even in the message from the hotel on booking, I know its the most popular destination among Swedish citizens but still as international tourist I wouldnt mind more information in English and no need to copy everything to Google Translate. The reception was open only till 16, but its out of season so I fully understand. We got the information how to enter the building etc. via booking (but again it was very long message in Swedish only). Otherwise all great ! Fully recommend!

Everything was really fine. Good location, comfortable bed, spacious and cozy room, big bathroom and good internet connection

The only thing I can complain is that the TV at the room seemed to have its features locked. For example there was no YouTube application and no way to cast videos from my phone despite being a Smart TV
