All was good :)

There was no disturbance in the room. The location was good and accessible to the train station. Can not find more good qualities in the hotel. The overall experience was terrible. They allowed early check-in without any cost.

The staff was missing and not easily accessible at the reception counter. Toiletries were of terrible quality, as they gave only liquid soap and body wash. As there were no other products. The beds were not comfortable and the duvet along with the bed sheet had some kind of odor, which felt like they were not clean properly. There was no room service at all. Breakfast was way too simple, just one croissant and apple pie with yogurt. There were no fruits and bread. We were not given any choices to order even though they have a huge restaurant. It was one of the pathetic breakfast I ever had in a medium to a high-end hotel. The worst of all was the noncommunication of the rules. When we checked in, we were not informed that to have dinner, we need to have a reservation. We were tired after the hiking trail and when we requested for the dinner, the staff was extremely rude in refusing our request. We tried to argue that since we are staying in the hotel, you can provide the dinner in our room or allow us later. The staff was unrelenting to accommodate and we felt cheated what is the purpose of staying in the hotel when the restaurant is not accessible to the guests. We were charged 55 euros on Booking.com, but the price placed inside the hotel for twin bed was 50 euros.

Huge room, very very clean!

Breakfast not too big, maybe due to Covid restrictions.

We loved the food in the restaurant. Convenient parking close to the hotel. Easy acces from the highway.

Noisy rooms and loud guests in the hotel who kept us awake till late at night. The church bells ring every hour double (!). 24 strokes at midnight...
