The staff were so kind and friendly. The location was close enough to the main bars and restaurants near the harbour, but far enough to feel a bit secluded. The mie goreng was pretty tasty. The bed was comfortable.

Very disappointed in the room, particularly the bathroom. The door didn't even close properly. The first day our shower drain didn't work and water covered the whole bathroom (lucikly this problem was quickly fixed by the staff). We had to ask for toilet paper and they did not have a hand towel or hand soap to give us. We only had hot water very sporadically...most of the time it was cold water. The bathroom also smelled quite bad and looked in bad shape. The noise was absolutely horrible. We couldn't sleep past 4:30am when the singing and praying started, then the birds, roosters and dogs making tons of noise until at least 7am. We stayed 5 nights and felt very tired each day after not getting proper sleep. The pool was lovely, but not once was a bartender there to serve drinks so we decided not to use the pool and go to another place, like a beach club for drinks. The road to the hotel really needs improving. It was possible by scooter, but not always safe, especially at night.

Barely got any sleep. Call to prayers every morning at 4 or 5am. Add roasters screaming all morning and dogs barking. Rooms are not well isolated so you hear everything. No shower curtain so entire bathroom got wet. No glass in the room to use for drinks. Only small cups. Road to the hotel is really bumpy (bad roads in general on entire island)

The personnel was very nice and helpful, a few morning we needed to have early breakfast due to early morning activities and the staff was very helpful, they prepared breakfast early for us.

It was very nice and comfy stay. The view from room was great. highly recommended. cleanliness is good.

Property was unsafe for children with exposed constriction Rio and no safety rails around the property. Pool could not be used as there was too much chlorine just added.

Nengah was amazing! She made sure we were comfortable and organised whatever we needed! She made sure we had scooters, taxis and boat trip sorted - we didn’t, she organised it all for us! The stay itself was good! Good food and drinks, quiet and relaxing. Not the place to party. Very cultural so be prepared for cultural music late at night - early morning, we were completely fine with this. Overall it was a great experience!

The road to the property is awful but apart from that no issues!

The accommodation is very remote which is ideal for relaxing. There are lots of places to unwind, such as the grassy spot above the pool bar. Very nice view and we also had very good food there. The staff is very friendly and the beds sleep very well!

The accommodation is quietly secluded but difficult to find on the map. We eventually found it using the directions you can find through booking.com which is helpful!

when we came there was no power , we waited for four hours in candle light.. it was dark everywhere and atlast fallen asleep. all members in my family adjusted in two rooms only because nonone wnated ti stay alone in dark. one room is compleyely unutilised.

Loved the pool area and the AC in the bungalow. Wonderful staff! The owners Made & Arini knows everything about the island and happily arrange tours wherever you want to go. The cleaning is superb and don't forget to try the mozzarella pizza :D

The staff was really helpful and nice to us, they responded to our requests very carefully. The pool here is really clean and nicely located, you can have a good view of a small valley.

The road unfortunately is really bad around the property but this can be applied to several places in Nusa Penida. There was a quite loud praying nearby in the evening and in the early morning we received earbuds but sleeping in conditions like this is not so relaxing. Beaches are quite far from here so if you want to go swimming in the ocean you better need a taxi or a scooter.

dirty. In my place there's a house of a huge gecko on the rooftop, it screamed at nights and scared me. There were also many sick lichen dogs, they were always itching, very uncomfortable to live with them. The room needs a repair and a bathroom needs a good wash. Very strange smell in the bathroom.

Place is good quite out of nowhere. Pool was dirty we asked to clean but staff was unable to clean it. Food is good reasonable pricing. Owner arrangeed some transportation as well. East trip 650k IDR and port trip 150k IDR bit expensive.

The facility was good in general. Bed was quite comfortbale, pleasant lightning, high ceiling. Swimming pool in the yard was quiet clean and big.

The awful smell of chlorine from the bathroom (they just put the chlorine ball in the corner of the room). There were no windows in the bathroom, so you don't even have a chance to remove that smell. Toilet staggered, shower hose was broken. Walls are quite thin, so you hear everything from the street and neighbours. Also there was no light inside the pool, and view from the pool is to hight trees (they need to be cutted a bit to make it better). Clearness in the dinning area is not really good as well. The territory of the hotel looks a bit abandoned in general. But anyway there were no super critical points.
