Like? I LOVED the location, apartment, view from the apartment and mostly, the amenities. I love making my own meals and everything I needed was there. I'm a woman and, it was as if I was in my own kitchen.
The housekeeping. I'm widely travelled and love self-catering or apartments and Air B n Bs. For the first time in my life, I sensed that for some reason, the female cleaning staff weren't happy the guest was female and, African. They came once and never came back again to clean on the pretense 'she was sick " even when they were two. The Facility Manager bought this excuse but didn't send a relief, not even to take out the trash. I I stayed 6 days without the apartment being cleaned or the bins trashed or removed. I had seen the disappointment on the faces of the two cleaning ladies when they came in and saw me and regardless of how nice I was or tried to engage them, I made a point to pass this observation to the Manager when she kept passing their excuse to me. I told her to spare a though for the person who invested in the beautiful property but moral station was all I could do.

The apartment is really close to the ocean and has a nice view of it
Well equipped(including even a washing machine),the size of the apartment is about 70sqm
Be aware of regular power offs, but it's not the apartment 's fault. It's totally common in all of Africa.

Appartment was very nice and clean, very good located with a great pool and pretty near to the beach. Maybe the kitchen needs some more equipment but it was okay for one week holiday.
The problem was the owner. At first when i booked the appartment he wanted 100 Pounds in Advance because he said that the people cancel so often their reservation . Fair enough, so i did. First problem was, he didnt answer to my questions again, only as i said i would cancel the reservation if he will not answer. Than one day before i arrived and couldnt cancel the reservation he wrote me, that i have to pay extra for the electricity, what means that you have to go to a petrol station and buy a receipt with a number ( he never said a word about it before and maybe thats a litle bit too complicated for people who have never been to Africa before). After he told me there is a late check inn fee for people who are coming at night or in the late evening. But best thing was, that on the second day electricity was cut off completely ( yes, even fridge and air con) and the Manager ( Sophie ) told us that she will come the next day...( imagine things in fridge and yourself without air con after 20 hours). So everyone wondered why there was no electricity, but there was an easy reason for it. The management told us that the owner (donovan) didnt pay his bills and thats why they cut off everything ( they tried to call the owner and told him before). Thanks for the information. ( By the way the only time Donovan answered very quickly and very often was when he asked me if i transferred the money). So we spend the whole holidays by asking someone something, trying to fix something, waiting for someone to come or to answer. Definitely not possible to recommend this special appartment. I had another one in the same complex and there everything was perfect, especially the owners Malin and frederik.

After 10 pm there was no electricity and as such no air conditioning or possibility to charge cell phones, batteries, etc. While the administrator and the owner were certainly nice enough, they failed to tell me (until after the stay) that apparently the person at the gate could have done something to get the lights back on. It was very, very hot and uncomfortable.

Everything was clean,modern. The hostess was super nice. As well as security. I will definitely book again.

From start to finish everything was amazing. From the communication with Donovan , to Sophie who looks after the apartment.
Sophie helped with everything and even arranged for a taxi to take us shopping.
The apartment was amazing, had more mod cons than my house. Clean, comfortable and one of the best apartments I have stayed in.
The gardens were pristine, the grounds men were so friendly with a big shout out to the guys at the gate.

The appartement was really big and nice, very modern, clean. It felt European. There was plenty of space and facilities inside. Nice balcony and swimming pool aswell.
On the opposite side of the road people are building a new appartement complex. Over there there was a kind of reception where a guy phoned to the person that we should meet to get the key. The lady told the guy that she thought we would arrive one day later (not according to our booking and papers). We had a local guide with us and he helped us, otherwise it would have been really hard to find the right person to get the keys and stuff. There is no (real) reception, no informationbook (like where you can find a supermarket) and nothing inside the building where you can buy something to drink or eat. We ended up having breakfast next door at the Coco Ocean Resort, which was very good but little expensive.
