Nothing at all….. even the shower has no pressure and the light was going on n off

Property location was good. it was clean and staff was friendly.

The bed was very bad. it caused me back pain and I ended up speed the night on coach. Management would not take deposit which I found not helpful.

Staff were extremely helpful and dealt with the complaints as quickly as possible. The location is walkable distance to many bars and restaurants. Excellent Bakery over the road. Beds very comfortable, rooms large. The Manager is working hard to improve the building and facilities but this is work in progress. Manager kindly arranged a free airport transfer as compensation.

Nearer the highway than expected and air quality often poor. If local tourist bars etc had been in full swing ( it was Ramadan therefore quieter) it would be noisy. Limited functioning furniture in one bedroom, could only open 2 small drawers in bedside cabinet and only a cabinet on one side of bed, no other drawers. Had to report a number of complaints from leaking air conditioning unit to area in bathroom not cleaned. We were locked out due to faulty lock on a number of occasions which was only rectified properly when the housekeeper locked us all out 😂!

It is a quiet respectful place to stay. The manager (Yusuf) is a very kind caring man who looks out for the guests. When it was time for me to leave, I tested positive for covid and had to quarantine instead taking my flight home. Yusuf welcomed me back and even did his best to make things easy for me. He went above and beyond the call of duty. All of the staff (with the exception of one man in security) are friendly and helpful. This is not a fancy place, but it is clean and comfortable. There is a small pool which is kept clean and it is nice to swim in to reduce the heat. Finally, Mohamed the security guard is extremely helpful and always pleasant.

Internet access is shaky, but this is the case in all of Gambia. Yusuf did his best to help me stay connected.

The place was okay. The staffs were wonderful and very helpful

I would like them to provide praying mats for those in need of using them.

The location was good only 5 minutes from the main shops and bars and only 10 minutes from the beach

The website for this property says that they accept credit cards. Unfortunately on arrival they said they didn't take cards and wanted cash up front. Also we had to leave early because of the coronavirus issue. It took some pressure from Booking.com to obtain a refund.

Cleaning staff very pleasant clean beds and towels beach towels provided

Great location 5 mins walk from Senegambia strip. small clean pool, huge shower with loads of hot water and comfy bed

Not enough light in the standard apartment and needs bedside lamps and a light in the bathroom above the sink.
