Unser Ferienhaus ist einstöckig mit einem großen Vorderdeck. Es gibt ein paar Stufen zum Deck und dem Vordereingang.
Der vordere große Raum schließt ein Schlafsofa, einen Liebessitz und einen 50 "Fernsehapparat mit Kabel und DVD-Spieler mit ein. Der Esstisch hat Stühle für 6 Personen und die gemütliche Küche hat alle Schüsseln, Utensilien, Pfannen, Tassen, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Mixer, Herd und Kühlschrank.
Das erste Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett und das zweite hat ein Etagenbett (zwei auf voll). Beide haben Fernseher mit Kabel und DVD-Player.
Vollbad hat Badewanne und Dusche.
Hauswirtschaftsraum verfügt über einen Stapler Waschmaschine / Trockner für die notwendige Nutzung.

Cons:
3 feet away from a LOUD nightclub. We couldn't enjoy sitting on the deck at night because the nightclub is so loud. It’s not too disruptive when you're inside the house watching TV but when the house is quiet and we were trying to sleep we heard the music & bass until 3am. I'd suggest bringing a noise machine to help drown that out because it's very loud.
No fan in the bunk bed room - it did get stuffy. The kids had to leave their door open to try and get some air flow and even then it was noticably hotter/stuffier in there. I'd bring a fan with if we stayed again.
Master bedroom fan is permanently on high and taps/clicks as it spins so you can choose to try and sleep with random tapping or with no fan at all.
Firepit is shared with the other houses who, during our stay, just were groups of adults staying at them so bringing our kids to it did not feel OK.
Overall it was fine and I'd stay again. The house itself was nice and what I expected but I would've liked to have known beforehand we would be 3 steps away from a nightclub. The house served us well for what we needed, but being able to also enjoy our nights there wouldve made it a lot nicer stay.

Great use of the space, and the patio with grill overlooking the lake is amazing for cooking and eating. Bar is RIGHT next door so can be a little noisy at night, but wasn't enought to bother us at all.

Jessica was a lovely host! She was very clear with instructions. The property was clean and a great air equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more. A few quick steps away from Famous Freddie’s. Will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. My 3 and 5 year old girls loved the bunk bed and TV in their room. Nice kitchen and bathroom, the deck has a great view to watch all of the boats. Caught some white bass, largemouth and bluegill along the shoreline. Had a nice fire in the firepit. I would highly recommend staying here! Zero complaints.

My family and I had a really good time. This is a good location if you are coming in with your boat and ready for water activities, we brought our kayaks and floating mat, also the renting areas are just next door. Our kids had a blast. Jessica was a great host.

This was our first time staying at this property. We have stayed at other rentals on the Chain O' Lakes. This one is above par. Very clean and roomie. It slept 4 adults comfortably. Access to Famous Fredides and their boat slips was perfect. We liked it so much we plan to rent the large house and the same cabin again and bring more fiends.

Absolutely Beautiful Cottage
Jessica was AMAZING and so patient with our booking. Everything was perfect and my husband and his mom really enjoyed their stay. Husband said he’d love to visit during the summer and bring our boat if we were coming to Illinois. Jessica thank you for everything it made my mother in law’s move so much easier and we can never thank you enough!

Weekend getaway
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, the home was so clean and welcoming. Jessica was very detailed in her email on the day of check in, it made everything so easy and smooth for us. Despite the rain we were able to take advantage of the sunny moments out on the deck. I will definitely be booking future trips at this lovely place!

Mini Polar Vortex couldnt ruin trip.
Just a fishing trip mid week before the Memorial Weekend crowd. Only one dock to share with others on the property. The larger dock right next door inaccessible. Famous Freddies is RIGHT next door....Covid seems to have cut business considerably. Seems like the fish knew that too. Large mouth Mayfly party fishermen not invited...then the eclispe...then the mini polar vortex dropped temps 40 degrees in 2 hours. But the place was so sweet I hardly noticed. Walking distance from the metra...what a find.

Swimming and fishing off the pier was great. We rented a boat from Jett Fun Rentals and it was great! We used the firepit one night, and it was nice.
One issue, a wild party took place at the house next door the first night we were there. Besides that, the trip was great.

Perfect Low-Key Getaway
We had a great few days at Jessica’s Home on Piskatee Lake. The house was exactly as advertised. You can’t beat the location - steps from the water and right next door to a local restaurant/bar. The home was clean and had everything we needed to do some cooking and grilling. We loved relaxing on the deck and the umbrella tables were perfect to get a little shade.
