I loved the service and everything about it. I really do recommend it!
To be frank just the taste of the water but other then that everything was perfect!

Very clean and well kept bathrooms and kitchen, really cosy room and terrace perfect for hanging out. Bus stop for bus 728 which takes you directly to city centre or even Belém and train station are in very comfortable walking distance.
I missed water kettle, and some options to hang my washing, and sometimes the water was not as warm, but overall i was very satisfied.

That there are a lot of toilets and that’s why the line for them is short

it had not any CC camera for security, So we felt insecure situation over there.

Great location near shops and metro, quiet rooms, clean bathroom and shared kitchen, nice terrace. Only 20-30mins to main areas in Lisbon. you can do a lovely walk to the gondala and aquarium along the coast from here (about 40mins).
Primary school opposite was a little loud in the morning if window is open. The slats under the bed came off one night but were easily put back.

Everything is very nice.
It’s a flat and I had one room. everything is well organized, I liked it, didn’t have any problem.
It quite close to the center, but the district is really really difficult for parking. That’s a disadvantage.

No reply from staff when messaged regarding concerns of room.
Bed and bedding were damp.
No heating in the room.
Room smelt horrible.
Facilities were minimal.
Coffee machine had mould growing in it.
No oil to cook with.
Would not recommended.
I ended up leaving after only an hour as could not cope with the smell in the room and the damp bed.

The checkin and checkout system works pretty well, fast and easy for mid night arrivals
The room was quite smelly and the overall look is quite horrible. There was not even coffee or tea. The shower was ok, hot water

Spacious room. Clean kitchen (depending on guests). Super fast wifi. Good location! Close to bus stops, tube/ train station and supermarkets. Plenty of bathrooms so there is always at least one free to use. The housekeeper was friendly
Unfortunately the bedroom wasn't very clean I had to use cleaning wipes to remove dust and dirt from the surfaces and bed head. There was no hand wash in all the shared bathrooms which is very unhygienic so I had to buy my own. The furniture and towels was tatty, stained and worn. The walls had marks and needed repainting. Some of the chairs had mold. The bathrooms also needed a deep deep clean particularly the tiles, windows and doors. Also no air con/ heating or a TV. Overall the place needs some TLC otherwise it would have been a pleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend staying despite the price.

Bed was super comfortable. Room and bathrooms were clean. There is a shared kitchen with microwave, big table, fridge, dishes and three shared bathrooms (meaning at least one is always free) which was quite nice. Close to metro station and relatively close to Oriente (can be reached by foot.
There was a mold spot in one of the celling corners. Not too bothersome but it would be better if they fixed this. From the look of the pictures you get impression that it is a newer building but it is actually an old one (with new interior of the flat) not that it matters much, but we were surprised. Table and chairs in the room are used up. Lack of contact with owners. Everything was on code so no possibility to leave luggage in here after check out/code expires.

Great money/quality! Super sweet cleaning lady! And Moscavide is very authentic, I would recommend this place!

The location was perfect for my stay. For the price id say its good compared to other accommodation around. There are shared toilets but they were clean. Guest provides easy instructions for the self check-in.
The room was bit colder even though outside temperature was normal 14°c.
