Unser zweites Zuhause ist 15 Minuten vom West Gate des Algonquin Park entfernt. 15 Minuten zum Deerhurst Resort (Innenpool und Whirlpool, Kletterwand und Arkade), 20 Minuten von Huntsville und Arrowhead Provincial Park (berühmter Eislaufpfad und Tubing Park in den Wintermonaten) und in der Nähe von Dorset (Lookout Tower und Robinsons General Store). Kanadas Favorit) und Dwight (Henriettas Bakery). Viele Kilometer Schneemobilpfade wurden direkt vor unserer Tür von einer Firma in Dwight aus erreicht, die Maschinen für 1/2 und Ganztagesmieten an Ihre Tür liefern wird (einschließlich eines Wanderpasses und eines Wanderführers). Großes neues (knapp 2000 Quadratmeter großes Dock), Feuerstelle aus Granit; 18 X 20, 3 Season Muskoka Zimmer und 4 -5 Personen Whirlpool im Freien ganzjährig in Betrieb.

Went with our family over March break and everyone could do their thing... games, ice fishing (caught a hug trout!), skiing, great kitchen, fireplace and grand room perfect, all excellent!

A lovely winter getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Watersedge Lakehouse. It was well-equipped with everything we needed. The owner provided lots of great tips for the area and was very communicative. Would absolutely recommend staying here, and stay again ourselves!

Watersedge Lakehouse is a pristine vacation home with incredible, unobstructed views of the larger bay area. Our group welcomed 2022 with a four day NYE weekend! The cottage is quite private offering every opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature surrounding the property and greater Dwight area. The hot tub overlooking the lake was fantastic, great assortment of board games & large open concept kitchen/living room (& 3 season room) overlooking the bay. The cottage had plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms to easily accommodate the 8 adults in our party. Many hiking/skiing trails within a short drive. The host responded to any questions within the hour and was very helpful in recommending local trails, etc. Hoping to return later this year!

The cottage was awesome, it had all amenities we needed. Joanne also touched base a couple times to see if we needed anything or had any questions. The only downside was that there wasn’t much storage space for dry food or clothes as the cupboards and closets were full. We would definitely consider booking this location in the future.
