Estaban algunas instalaciones en malas condiciones ,los 2 baños no tenían pestillo para cerrar por dentro , no pudimos ducharnos en 1 de los baños porque la puerta de la ducha se caía sobre uno

Air-conditioner works very well. Location is also good, it is walking distance to almost all sightseeing spots. Large spaces. 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms is very nice for family. Restaurant and bars and for breakfast are just downstairs, very convenient.
The shower spaces can be better. Also, the instructions for parking is not clear before arrival.

Lovely apartment in a trendy area with amazing restaurants and cocktail bars. Very comfortable , large enough for 3 families. 2 lovely bathrooms, 3 large bedrooms. Very comfortable with air conditioning

kitchen fully equipped but nothing provided in terms of coffee tea s asks etc nor even soap
70 euros cleaning fee added at the end. this was not very clearly stated in the advertisement- or let’s say none of us, 4adults, noticed it. Make it a bit more obvious please to avoid disappointment
maybe better for a family with kids -rather than 2families as we were-although veeeeery small elevator and app at 3rd floor thus need sting garbs to carry all you need!
Overall, if you plan to stay one night only, maybe better to chose an hotel.

location is good, other side of the river over the bridges, walking distance to everything including train station, pitty palace, basilica of santo spirito. spacious apartment for big family, heating worked great during the winter stay, three heavy doors with a keys to enter building/apartment so feel safe to left valuables. good pizzeria across the street, Conrad store around the corner, good coffee shop next to bride with great view.

Really spacious, lovely bathrooms, really comfy beds and aircon. This apartment has everything a family needs for a stay in Florence. It's very close to all the sites, lots of crockery cutlery etc and double glazed windows for a quiet night. Bonus having lots of good restaurants right outside.
Small things really, definitely needs more than one set of keys for a three bed apartment, could do with some T towels and washing up liquid.

The location is within 100 meters of the great river that splits through Florence (Firenze), and aircon is available throughout the apartment to help with the warm humid heat.
It is within the ZTL charge area, similar to the congestion charge in London. Not an issue for visitors who won't be arriving or departing by car but we had trouble finding somewhere to park etc without the risk of being towed.

the apartment was nice and well situated.
The service was nice except for the end. It turned out the host is low temperament. We asked why it was not mentioned that the apartment is in the forbidden for driving zone because we got a fine. So he got triggered and start explaining how he cannot check what water we drink etc. The whole point of being a host is thinking about your guests and their needs. I am not implying the guest is always right, but it’s unpleasant and unprofessional to get such a response for an adequate question.

Great location in the very heart of "oltrarno": calm but close to to the city center. Comfortable accommodation. Exquisitely friendly hospitality. Wonderful shower. Everything perfectly clean. Ideal for work or holiday accommodation.
The only improvement may be some shelf in the bathroom.
