Paper plates and plastic cutlery for the breakfast. Had to request a hair dryer. Bathroom toiletries not replaced. Bar not open

We had one request, and that was for feather free pillows. This hotel failed on multiple occasions to provide this.

The space of the room for my family.
For Amenities said the pool was available. But when we got there, there was not even water inside of pool so it was not available.
Also I had left behind a pair of Nike boots and a pair of shorts, but when I called front desk they said housekeeping didn't find anything and knowone turned anything into lost and found. So housekeeping stole them?. Did not return?. I think that's very dishonest.. Also We stayed on the 2nd floor room. 226. all of the rooms we're non- smoking. A basketball team had stayed Saturday night. There was a whole stench of Marijuana smoke on the second floor.

Issue with shower, door opens the wrong way. You have to step fully into the shower and close the door to turn the water on, not safe. I told the desk clerk, mine was not the first complaint

The breakfast was relatively simple but full of options. It was always fresh and ready at the time. Some difficulties with the space if you are late for breakfast. I, however, always go early and did not have an issue.

Breakfast choices were different and delicious every morning. We mentioned where we staying and the resteraunt in town extended a courtesy discount! We will use this hotel whenever we are in the area!! Next visit will be early February

There was nothing. It was confusing when arriving because it was dark and further off the exit than expected but that isn’t anyone fault

Nice hotel. Clean and modern.
Only complaint is the AC doesn’t work. Walked in with it at 75 and the temp only went down to 73 after being set on the lowest temp for hours.

Very large and comfortable room which is thoughtfully designed . Comfortable sofa area with desk and good lighting . Ample kitchenette area at entry. Large tv swivels to view from sofa or bedroom area. Large window on our side looked out to nice treed area . Quiet location. Pretty patio areas. .
Walls are a little thin but we had a quiet night anyway. Biggest trouble was that our ac could not cool the room well enough during the heat of the day.

The hotel is nice… the location is a bit out of the way but still close to trains and highways to get you where you need to be. The malls are close by within driving distance.
I wished they gave us a little one sheeter with information about the community ie; restaurants, train, theaters, etc…

Just the staff response. They were very slow on fixing a refrigerator that was down. And I asked for extra blankets and pillows and they never sent them up. I had to go down and get it myself after waiting over 45 minutes.

When I called to confirm my reservation I was told I did not have a reservation as booking . Com reversed my first and last name . Did not go to hotel. Was charged for room I did not use. Booking . Com has not been helpful in issuing refund

The breakfast was wonderful. A good variety of items, both hot and cold. Everything was well prepared, tasty and satisfying. The room was clean and comfortable with all amenities and the staff welcoming and helpful.

It's a real shame to have disposable cutlery for breakfast. I encourage the establishment to be more eco-friendly.

Location was good for our needs. I appreciated that all five of us could stay together and I didn’t have to rent two rooms.
Breakfast was okay. It was what most hotels offer for free breakfast. Our kids were hoping for pancakes or waffles.
