There was a guess really rude with a pitbull in the hallways and outside taking a sh@@ everywhere. Also another guess also have a dog who did poop right at the lobby 😡😡😡! Also air conditioner work for few and tgen stop

This is the only Hilton location I stay manage to give you LESS. One water bottle. At checking out charging you 13.00 dollars for parking without advise you at checking all covered under WE HAVE NEW OWNER. Good luck to them I been using this location many years this will be my last stay. Back in February they check me in knowing there was no HOT water. I’m amazed by this location lack of customer service. For sure NOT a Hilton standard.

The front desk staff is friendly and attentive to their guests and they have staff keeping up with the cleaning.Also I like that they have a swimming pool, a bar, and a gym as well as other things etc.

They should have a bigger breakfast window and the food could be made better. I’ve stayed in The Hampton Inn at Worcester MA and the breakfast there is way better. Also when they locked the front doors the key acts funky after hours.

I like the size of the rooms.

There was ants in my room. I was charged for breaking something I didn’t break, accused of making noise. Manager lied about taking the charge off.

El cobrar el aparcamiento por el coche (aunque se comprende) y que en la limpieza de la habitación el jabón líquido no fue repuesto... pero había la opción de champú ó jabón de pastilla.. por tanto fue superable.

I enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast was really good. My spouse enjoyed the gym. Overall, it’s a nice hotel.

The night I arrived I was looking forward to having a couple drinks at the bar area. After sitting there and waiting about 10/15 minutes, my spouse decided to ask front desk how can we order drinks & she explained she would serve us but, someone is on break so we have to wait. We waited about 35 minutes and the drinks I had were small and water downed. I was pretty disappointed . Also, the garbage cans in the room are too small and I found 2 ants and multiple Chinese beetles throughout the weekend in my room

Everything was great. I loved the holiday decorations, the size of the room and the bathroom and the very hot water in the shower

. Only thing I didn't like is that you had to pay for parking. They also didnt mention anything at check in. They also charged me a different price when i checked out then what i was quoted on booking.com

Property was nice and breakfast was good.

The remote control to the tv was very dirty. I had to use two disinfectant wipes that came out black. ☹️ I was initially charged for parking even though we arrived and left by Lyft.

Just one time there was no hot cocoa and I kindly asked and they tried but I guess forgot but they tried and were very nice trying to get it.

The rooms are large and comfortable, it was such a great spread for.breakfast, waffles, fruits eggs and potatoes, coffee is served all day and night. The business centered really saved me !!!! Printers and computer, there an indoor pool and workout room.

The construction was well controlled indoors so where it did not ruin the ambiance or feel of the hotel under renovations, however paint got on my car the placed the cover on it too late and I hope it comes off, it's grey the color of the building and I have a black car its even on my windshield. Be careful though if yiu pay with a debit card it is a 75.00 a day hold each day, if staff would have Informed me I would have used a credit card, they said its returned upon check out but it takes 3 to 5 days to refund to your card so If you depend on those funds for your trip you could be in a bind.

There was no hot water due to hotel renovations being made. They kept this from me when I initially booked my reservation.
