Beautiful apartment, big and soundproofed rooms, big and comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, children's playground from 10 m, restoraunts from 50m, sea from 100m, beach in nearby, every vacationer's dream.

The place to be in Agios Nickolaos! Perfect situation in the center of the town where everything is avalibale within a few minutes walk. Special mention for the Alexandros roof cocktail bar where we had really great fun dancing!!! There are also very nice restaurants such as the Zygos restaurant with its delicious food and lovely view on the lake.
A dishwasher and a microwaves would be more than appreciated in an appartement of this standing

This property offers great value for money - the rooms and the beds are huge and confortable, the pillows are soft, there is plenty of storage space for luggage, the decoration is tasteful, the kitchen is clean and spacious, the two bathrooms are most welcome, and the location couldn't be better - it's literally at the heart of the city.
As the house can host many people, and only one key is provided (and that, the one that is required to activate the power), it was difficult to arrange for different people to come and go at different hours. Also, a toaster for making sandwiches would have been handy. But overall, these are only tiny issues compared to all the wonderful qualities of the property.

Great location, a stone's throw from the lake and all the bars and restaurants. Terrace is a great people watching corner!
Could be a bit noisy at night with scooters but when you are so close to the centre a bit of noise is to be expected. It didn't spoil our enjoyment of the apartment.

This is a wonderful location, within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The hosts were wonderful, responding quickly when we accidently locked ourselves out of the apartment. I was travelling with my daughter and we each had our own bathroom and bedroom. Always a nice touch!
The towels were a bit tired, but plentiful and clean. There's a washing machine but no dryer; only a clothesline and drying rack. It would be helpful to have the washing machine instructions in English, German or French for foreign tourists as the Greek control panel was incomprehensible to me. The location, while convenient, can be noisy in the evenings.

Central to where we needed. Having the washer enabled us to not have to wash lots of stuff on return. We will be booking again at some point in the future.

Incredible property! Best location and fantastic comfortable accommodation with huge beds, powerful showers and air con and so clean. Facilities are impeccable.

Great location, right in the middle of the city, nice restaurants near by, free parking at the owner parking space.

The size of the apartment is great - 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room area and kitchen are a little small, but we did not go to Crete to spend time inside/cook our own food :) so this did not matter to us. The location is perfect. Walkable to beaches, center, nice spot on the lake. It can be a little busy at night by the lake but we liked to be by people so did not mind this. Close to all amenities. The hosts were very helpful and kind.

WE LOVED EVERYTHING, perfect location, comfortable and spacious , the owners thought of everything you might need, located right bei the Lake . Supermarkets und minimarket aroud , Restaurants that we called and order food and the delivery was faster and easy because the the apartment is really good located, oh and a bakery in the next corner. Thanks a lot for the lovely time at your place. You deserve more than 10 points.
