Great location, very well run and charming guesthouse with a lovely owner and family. I would go back!

We had an ocean view with a balcony. The staff carried our luggage upstairs and helped find us a place to park. They gave us great restaurant recommendations.

This is a great location, right across from the sea and less than 10 minutes to walk into the centre of Agios Nikalaos. The road outside is busier than we first thought but we had rooms at the back of the hotel so were not disturbed by any noise. We booked 2 single rooms and they were a really good size, much larger than a twin room we had stayed in elsewhere.The staff are really friendly and helpful and there was a lovely restaurant on the beach just a few minutes walk away which is perfect for an evening meal. We would definitely stay again if revisiting this area.

The only improvement that could be made is to offer breakfast although there is at least one cafe just a few minutes walk away where we got breakfast one day. Rooms have a fridge and kettle so we bought our own breakfast for the other days and ate on our balcony.

Victoria and Stavro are the best hosts i had such I wonderful stay...could not ask for more.I had a wonderful room with a panoramic view of Agios Nikolaos.I would open my balcony doors and would be faced with the sea.Victoria Stavros and Fanni keep the place immaculately clean and tidy.Although old traditional style which I love it has all the falicities you may require.I cannot thank them enough and praise their patience, courtesy and smiling faces Thank you so very much.

Nothing, however it would have been nice to have a couple of sachets of coffee or tea next to the kettle.

Everything was amazing! The staff is very friendly, ready to help with everything. I especially want to note the cleanliness of the hotel - the cleanliness is incredible! Many thanks to the hotel staff for the warm atmosphere. There is an individual exit to the sea, the beach is 5 minutes walk, a supermarket is 1 minute walk, many taverns and restaurants are close to the hotel.

Amazing location and staff really helpful

The staff are wonderful and very kind. They clean everyday, and if you need anything they’re ready to help. The location is great, lots of nearby beaches and the lake around the corner.

Unfortunately I didn’t have a sea facing room and the back of the hotel rooms have a terrace that looks onto a wall, and is too hot in the morning so the shutters are drawn which makes the room very dark and depressing to be in for very long. In the evening there’s mosquitoes so I never used the terrace. If you book here, make sure you book the sea view because that would be amazing.

The location is great, very close to the beach and not too far away from the centre. Good service and kind, attentive staff. The room itself was clean and light, with a modern freshly renovated bathroom that we very much appreciated. There may be a bit of mosquitos problem (as it was in almost every cretan hotel we've been in), but here we were given a plug-in repeller that actually worked. We've also greatly enjoyed the sea view from our balcony. The hotel itself was very quiet, I haven't really heard or seen our neighbors most of the time. BTW, if you decide to stay there, bring with you a magnet from your country, as they have a dedicated wall for the visitors' magnets, which is really cool in my opinion.

No electrical sockets near a bed for charging phones. A minor problem, really.

Location is WOW! Room cleaning is TOP. Stavros (receptionist) is very nice person. AC works good.

We woke up in the morning at 8:30 because the cleaning lady was working loudly in the corridor. The problem is that the doors are not good noise-isolated.

Great room with fantastic views of the sea. You could walk across the road and dive in. Clean and comfortable we've had everything we could wish for. Mini market and cash point 2 minutes away and a lovely 15 minutes walk to the centre along the sea. Free public parking available nearby.

This hotel is in a great location between the beaches and restaurants.

Everything was great the only thing they could add is tea and coffee. :)
