the washing machine didn’t work well .

The explanation was very clear on how to access apartment with relevant codes and where to park.

It took a day to locate plates as the cupboard was broken and we were reluctant to open. The stairwell could have had better lighting as in the evening it was difficult to insert key into lock as was very dark.

The location.

We were never able to get inside. It was late, we were exhausted, and we were absolutely unable to open the door. Even the local police couldn’t help. A very kind restaurant owner finally found for us a single bed in a 2-star hotel (which was the ONLY hotel who actually still had a room!!!), and my cousin and I walked back through the night to this little welcoming hotel and were finally able to rest. WE WERE UNABLE TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY.

We loved this apartment, it was in exactly the right location. We were on a road trip returning back to the UK so sadly could only stay one night. The restaurant we chose for Saturday evening was just a few minutes stroll, though there were hundreds of restaurants all around. The apartment was super clean and reminded me of a quaint apartment in Paris. Nancy was such a surprise, it had a lovely feel, so many restaurants to choose from, it was really busy when we went, we loved it. On Sunday morning we looked out of the window, practically opposite there was a lovely cafe where you could sit outside, so we enjoyed Sunday morning with our coffee and croissants people watching. There was loads to see and do and we would definitely like to come back for a long weekend in the future and stay in this lovely apartment. I have to say big thank you to the owner, she was very friendly by text/email, also very helpful with her instructions about how to enter the apartment.

It is very nice, clean, and comfortable renovated apartment in a perfect location, in heart of the beautiful city Nancy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need.The owner is very nice. They replied to your inquiry within minutes. I highly recommend this apartment for a couple and small families.I hope one day I can come back to visit Nancy and stay at your beautiful place.

Fantastic position for exploring the centre of the city. The music festival was amazing.

Arriving in Nancy by car finding parking and carrying luggage to the apartment was a bit of a drag for two older people but that's what you get for being in the city centre.

Location is amazing, spacious clean apartment. Boulangerie and supermarket open also on holidays (in case you need to buy soap/shower gel etc) right next to the apartment, as well as a variety of really good restaurants. Host incredibly nice and really responsive. Check-in went smoothly. If you plan to spend the weekend in Nancy, it’s definetly the place to stay at.

Perfect place to stay in the centre of Nancy! The place looks nice (I think even better than the pictures), is clean and had everything you need (all basics you need like coffee, tea, a wine opener, etc.). There’s lots of restaurants, bars and shops in the street. Service was also very good - we arrived in the middle of the night which was no problem because they have a key locker and they provided clear instructions on him to find and enter the place. They also prepared the crib for our 10-month old baby, so we could put her right into bed when we arrived.

This comfortable, stylish little apartment, right in the centre of Nancy, overlooking a beautiful church, offered excellent accommodation to our family of 5 for our 3 day stop-off before an on-going drive to Italy. Steeped in history, clean and civilised, Nancy is a joy to walk around. And, with an fantastic park just a stone-throw away, it offered everything we needed for a perfect stay.
