Beautiful apartment in central Nancy - close to restaurants and places to see. The apartment was a calm oasis and beautifully furnished.

Spacious, excellent location, helpful and friendly owner

The location is great. the apartment seems quickly renovated for vacation rental, but it's recently renovated so still nice looking.

It is obviously part of a collection of vacation rental properties and the guy who was supposed to give us the keys clearly could not manage all of them. After calling and announcing our arrival time 3 hours in advance we were told to call again when nearby the city to give precise arrival time. We did and were told to call again when exiting the highway. we did and then were told to call once we had parked. We did and we were told he'd be there in 10 minutes. 1.5 hour later he finally arrived...

the owner needed to move us at the last minute to a different apartment but they were very helpful, quick and communicative and offered us the choice of two lovely places. we chose the one on the ground floor in the centre of Nancy which was 2 minutes from the beautiful heart of the city and the fantastic light show they do in the main square every night in July and august. better than vegas! great apartment, clean with everything you need.

The manager was very friendly and gave us some good recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing near the accommodation. The apartment was very spacious and well worth the money.

Good location near the beautiful city center of Nancy. Lot's of stores, restaurants, nightlife and historical buildings within short walking distance.

The Booking.com system failed to register two kids on the reservation confirmation, even though it applied a surcharge for the kids to our bill. Owner who spoke to us in a very patronizing, disrespectful way, bluntly denied this even after Booking confirmed their mistake and tried to grab an extra 40 euros from us. Booking apologized to us and paid the owner the surcharge of 40 euros. Afterwards the owner had the audacity to tell us our kids could stay for "free" even though he received the surcharge from Booking.com. Left us with a very bad taste in our mouth, we had to spend 2 unpleasant hours arguing with the owner and being on the phone with Booking before it was finally solved. Not the best start we ever had to a stay...
