The support from VACASA was none, when we arrived to the apartment the refrigerator did not work, we reported this to VACASA, but after 3 days no one arrived to check it, we found another person who fixed the refrigerator. The second day after our arrival to the apartment, we went out for dinner, after dinner we arrived to the apartment but the electronic door lock of the apartment did not work, we call to the VACASA´s people again and they said that in 30 minutes one person from the maintenance department will arrive to fix the electronic door lock, but after one hour no one arrived or call us, we were calling by phone to Vacasa but no one answer the phone, we decided to look for some one else to fix teh electronic door lock otherwise, fortunately we found a person who fixed the electronic lock of the door. The person from Vacasa arrived until the next day at 10:30 am.

Great location! It was only a five minute walk to the Lionshead village and ski lift. Also the bus stop was very close by, so you could walk to both in your ski boots.

Loved that there was a hot tub but was pretty busy most of the time.

Our condo had full kitchen , the location was superb. We could walk to everything within a few min. It it also only a few feet from the free shuttle

If the pool and hot tub would stay open till 10pm instead of 9

When we arrived, there was a horrible smell in the apartment. The garbage disposal was not working and it was disgusting. We called to speak to someone about resolution but had to call again the following day to get someone to come out and fix it. Made the room unlivable for 1 whole day until resolved. I should receive a refund for a day.

The location to Lionshead is fantastic.

It's tight with six people, but it has all the amenities. It could use some more blankets for the living room area and some of the outlets in the room with two beds do not work.

There’s no host to talk with Just a Call center

Location was great. Furniture, beds were comfortable.

There were a few maintenance issues like a crooked sink faucet, sliding door that wouldn't lock and closet door hanging improperly making it hard to open and close.

Location conveniently located between both Vail and Lionshead villages. Free shuttle to Vail if your not up to walking. There is a market in Lionshead village that has anything you would need. Lionshead has cheaper restaurants than Vail does.

If you are a large group you will need to buy toilet paper unless the renters before you left theres, like we did. You will not have be given enough for your group for the duration of your stay. Luckily the market is in walking distance if your on foot.
