Large, comfortable, clean rooms. Great coffee. Garage on site, with excellent driveways. Very good location.

In the center of Verona,just a couple of minutes from the Arena and many other major sights.The apartment was clean,safe and big enough for the 3 of us.

The host never shown up and send us 10 minutes before our arrival a video on how to use to different codes and keys. We had to find our way through the differents doors and rooms alone. The procedure is far from straightforward. We had also to send our ids through WhatsApp immediately. In the end we did everything on our own… where is the service?

It was close to the major attractions. Within walking distance to the bus station. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

The check-in process is a little complicated. I had a problem opening the door and staff did not respond.

The rooms are located just a few minutes walk from the historical centre• the arena and every other site of the city. It was clean and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and i had a good time. I never met the owners, but the instructions for the room were explained properly and easy. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. There was more space than I expected. The kitchen was large with a large table, where one could make plans for the next day...

Small fixes/repairs are needed. Paper towels in the kitchen would be nice. But these are details... The bed was hard. Also, we never had a chance to meet our host in person...

We booked this accommodation believing it to be suitable for 4 people. The description and pictures show a double and a bunk bed. I emailed and asked if the bunk beds were in separate room to the double and was told they were. On arrival we discovered that the bunk beds were in fact a sofa bed that has an upper level, not suitable for anyone older than 10, and were in a tiny hallway between the double room and the bathroom. This meant that anyone needing the bathroom in the night would need to walk past you sleeping. The description also states there is a living area with sofa, there wasn’t because that sofa was now bunk beds even for 3 people would mean no sofa or anywhere to sit other than the bed. The pictures show a dining table and kitchen area and description has kitchen as a heading, there was a small table next to bunk beds in the hallway with a kettle and coffee machine. There were no cups, glasses or spoons. There was a small fridge under the table. This is not suitable for 3 or 4 people unless they were children under 10 years old. We were unable to stay there and had to find alternative accommodation which was very stressful and expensive but I have had no communication from the management or offer of an apology or any refund at all. Very bad experience. Listing needs changing.

Big lcd screen, good location, nice bathroom and room

Coffee machine is present but wasnt working probably longer time before becasuse i found old unused coffee capsule in the mashine trash bin. Sink stopper was stuck insinde so we struggle to get it out and then we rather didnt use. There is balcony but no chairs, no table, like car with no tires... So it could be taken as nothing of that is present.

Not as expected- no kitchenette, no cups even if coffe maschine, no glasses, bunk beds like for children not for adults so 3 people trying to sleep on one double bed. Small street by noise at the night.

No breakfast but plenty of good options nearby. Coffee available to make if you so chose.

Check in was a bit haphazard although worked out in end. You are given option to meet somebody at the property which I chose then my contact was ignored in order to filter me to self check in! The phone was not answered a number of times and then there appeared to be a realisation that we hadn’t been given some procedures so they were all sent in a flurry at once! My view is if check in is only remotely say so!

The service of the staff was the worst of our two week stay in Italy. We asked for self check in instructions via Booking but did not get them as we did not contact them on Whatsapp. When we did we had to wait a long time for the instructions and they did not answer the phone. The instructions said that you should leave tax in cash in a box on the same day upon arrival, we then had to make a fuss to get the right change in time. Not so welcoming or service minded. The room looks good in pictures and is clean and spacious but is not as nice as it looks. The electricity is not properly connected in the bathroom (the lights cannot be switched on above the mirrors) and the bed is two singles that falls apart after a night. The carpets looks nice but does not smell so nice.

No staff at the property so needed to contact them by text/email. We have delayed entry instructions and felt a bit stranded when the power went off, but not for long as another guest sorted it. More larger cups would have been nice.

Very modern bathroom and the Air Conditioner was great.

The mattress needed replacing. I have to take medication that needs to be in the fridge. Firstly, I emptied the fridge from previous tenants. Then I realised the fridge wasn't working properly. Tea and coffee where supplied in an area outside the room. Paper cups are supplied with thin timber stirrers, not even a proper cup or spoon. Very Disappointing.

Slow to respond to messages regarding arrival delay even when I phoned Booking.com. Minor faults not corrected such as no door handle on apartment, cupboard door handle hanging off. Only three thin pillows on double bed. NB no warning that the third key did not open the street door: our phones went flat and then we realized we needed the door entry code previously provided on WhatsApp! Make sure you note it, or you may be locked out looking for a friendly local with a phone charger !!!

The location is excellent, 5min walking from city center. The parking was great, right in the building and were the only car in a big garage (which can get full during season). Room was big and newly renovated.

Check-in was a disaster, do not opt for having a check in with a person, they never arrived to agreed time, the remote check-in was easy. Sofa and fridge were dirty.
