NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY THE WORST HOST EVER !!!!! ITS DIFFICULT TO FIND THE DOOR AT THE PROPERTY ( it’s many doors and you don’t know which one it is yours ,, it was raining and I call him to ask which door is and what he answer ??? : -SORRY I CANT HELP YOU ,,, I AM EATING NOW !! THE WORST HOST EVER !!!!! NEVER COME BACK !!!! AND ITS CRAZY SISTEM WITH THE DOOR- YOU NEED TO HAVE INTERNET ON YOUR PHONE TO GET INSIDE AND ITS VERY DIFFICULT!!! I TRAVEL MANY YEARS BUT A EXPERIENCE LIKE THAT I NEVER HAD !!!

The standart check in time is at 16, a bit late, yet they were kind enough to help us arrange a solution.

The location was fantastic for getting to and from the amphi-theatre. It was well equipped and clean. The bedroom was very good.

I had a dreadful time working out how to enter the property because of the digital reception. It took me approximately an hour to find out how to enter the complex. On return from the opera, at approximately 1.30 a.m. it took me 30 minutes to enter the appartment block. This system might have worked OK but for the fact that there was an outside gate, an inner door to the block and then the door to the appartment. I believe if there had only been 2 doors this system would have worked. But the digital reception kept mixing up my request to enter the second door by releasing the outer gate. I envisaged slepping in the car! My second fault is with the fact that the only air-conditoning unit was in the bedroom. I was sleeping on the sofa bed in the living/kitchen room, but there was no air-conditioning there and it was very difficult to sleep.

light and comfortable apartment with reasonable kitchen

Apartment is in large building complex which is currently a construction site. Overly complicated digital key access system requires iphone with internet connection to open both stairway and then apartment door every time. No key provided to exterior courtyard gate, so we were locked out in the evening until another resident came along. A/C was not working when we arrived and communication thru management company to owner (who lives out of town) was complicated. stairway very dark.

The location is very convenient. Close to station and center.

I have got the message about the need to send photos of personal documents of all guests at the last minute before leaving for the airport. Also was not communicated on how to get to the apartment. So the trip was nervous. It would therefore be advisable to deal with registration formalities a little earlier. It would also be good to know in advance that the internet is needed to unlock the door. All misunderstandings were resolved, our stay was great.
