The owner was very responsive. The apartment is near to the city. If you drive its about 10mins only. The Seaview was great. The apartment was clean

We requested for a extra bed. They charge us 60 ringgit but the bed was very old and dirty. The blanket was very small and both mattress and blanket got hair. When we enter the apartment we saw cockroach running.

PRICE WAS STEEP FOR THE HOTEL . CHECKIN WAS A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!

1. Stay was comfortable and quite clean. 2. Strategic location with a lot of amenities around. 3. Great view of the ocean and high floor. 4. Safety with access card and guards at point of entry and facilities.

1. Lift left 2 instead of 4 or 5 and causes waiting time and some frustrations during peak period. 2. Car going against the flow of traffic in the parking lot to take shortcut to exit which almost caused an accident when we were trying to enter the 2nd gate for Silverscape residence. 3. Bath tub not able to keep water in the tub. 4. Need to provide 2 pax IC photo for registration.

the things they list at the description like washing machine and microwave is doesn’t appear at the room they assign for me. Even after that they give me RM200 as compensation. During night time when I ready to sleep I found out my bed got two bloodstain and the people who in charge jus let me know that cannot be clean. Is it my problem cannot clean the blood stain? u show ur customers the blood stain is it correct? still got a lot of thing but long story cut short . I would not suggest the people who want to stay here for family trip. it will spoil ur whole trip.

The location was good, very close to Mahkota Parade and the main tourist area (Jonker Walk). The unit is fully furnished and has all the amenities you would need for a short stay. Hosts are communicative and helpful. They sent many guides and informational documents for food and attractions. It's easy to get Grab at the lobby and there is a lot of available parking.

Unit was a little musty upon entry but having the balcony door open helped a lot. Parking is paid and some machines are problematic. The mall below is quite empty but luckily there are shops within walking distance outside the complex. It can be hard to find the entrance to the lift as well.

It is a very clean place. The view of the sea sight were superb.
