Washroom not clean, the aircond not cool at all. Plus not enough plates and bowl and not clean at all

The place is good, got 1 big double bed, 2 single bed.

There's a smell from the toilet and needs to be clean.

Good location, there's swimming pool, aircond works well, basic amenities provided.

The sofa is super dirty, toilet was inconvenient because there's a glass partition in the middle, there's mold at the bathroom door, shower cream is very low quality, the towels smells musty, no wifi, TV with limited channels, bed sheet and pillow case is dirty, the wood floor is coming off, its loud at night due to the nightclub downstairs, no designated parking, quite unsafe to come back at night.

No cutlery, the toilet is smelly, the toilet door is broken, the curtain was torn and window room was leaking due to heavy rain No toiletries include No hangers and hairdryers

We booked this room for one night last min booking. We book for the duplex room. No credit/debit card required during booking but to collect the key you will need yo pay rent + tax + deposit RM100 only then they will give you the password for the post box to collect key. Hence you will require to fill all guests name, my sejahtera id and phone number. No parking provided either you park for free at the white line parking or park at yellow line for Rm10-Rm15 per day. The parking was a bit inconvenient because if you park far with alot of luggage to carry to the lobby. The lobby was empty, not very welcoming. The room that we rent was at 24th floor and the lift was small and wobbly, seems didn’t maintenance. The house was big but there are alot of crack at the walls looks like old bulding. The bathroom was not clean and the water pressure was very low. The towel they provide have stains. Tv no signal and slow wifi. During night you can hear people karaoke. Some of the lights not working and not many halal food nearby. Because the room was not comfortable we check out very early in the morning. Don’t get fool by the photo they provide because it doesn’t look like the photo.

The bathroom door so dirty like it has never been wash before. Near clubs & quite noisy at night

The homestay is not clean at all .. some cups and plates are got broken .. the frigid temperatures also not good .. I'm not satisfied with your service. thank you

Please provide mirror in every bedroom. There was one in the master bedroom but it doesn't good in condition. Need to be replaced a new one. Found baby cockroach in dining area.

have cockroaches , the kitchen's plug is not working , the television is not functioning , no wifi , toothbrush & toothpaste is provided . unit A09-07
