Wow, what a find!! Fabrizio met us on arrival and very kindly let us check in early. He is a warm and friendly host. The Translation App on his phone worked well when we were trying to communicate. First impressions very favourable. Apartment is minimalistic, with clean lines and splashes of colour. Spotlessly clean and everything in it's place - everything placed just so in the kitchen drawers!! We very much appreciated the thoughtful beverages left for us. Very comfortable bed, plenty of hot water, good quality fresh towels and an absolutely wonderful large terrace to enjoy the atmosphere and gorgeous views. We were there for 10 nights and Fabrizio kindly arranged a linen change and cleaning half way through our stay. Ortigia is quite amazing and we found plenty to do. Would definitely recommend the one hour round the island boat trip also visiting the interesting caves. Thank you Fabrizio - we really enjoyed your apartment.

Fabulous view! Hard to imagine a better on in Ortigia. Watched an almost full moon rise our last night while enjoying take out pizza and an excellent bottle of local wine on the outdoor terrace.

No issues. Owners are next door and seemed willing to do anything to accommodate us.

Tout était parfait. Il faut cependant être attentif au fait que ce grand appartement est parfait pour un couple mais pas pour plus de monde.

We stayed here during our Honeymoon. The view from the terrace is phenomenal. It was absolutely breathtaking once you raise the window shade. It’s way more beautiful than the pictures. There are a lot of apartments with beautiful sea view, but I am certain that the view here is the best since it’s very expansive. not a small&narrow window, but a very wide window and terrace. It’s 5th floor (has an elevator too!) so the view has nothing to be disturbed. The location is amazing that the beach is so close and you can go anywhere in Ortigia easily. But very quite at the same time. There was a construction going on when we have arrived (it was finished when we checked out), but we were surprised that it was amazingly quite from that sound in the room. I loved everything about this room. It’s super clean, the interior is beautiful, room is spacious, has well equipped kitchen, amazing terrace with parasol. Also the host, Fabrizio, is so kind and nice. My husband and I were continously touched by his kindness. He couldnt speak English, but he kept trying to communicate with the translator. We could feel his warm-heartedness. He let us leave our luggage and check in a bit earlier than the informed time. And provided enough towels when we asked for. Refrigerator was filled with couple of beverages, which were all good. (Thank you) It was our best stay in Sicily. If I come back to Siracusa, I would definitely stay here again.

Appartamento meraviglioso con terrazza strepitosa con vista del bel mare di Siracusa, del castello, della città fino all'Etna. Arredamento chic ma allo stesso tempo confortevole con tutti i confort, sia in cucina che in bagno con doccia fantastica e posto per tutto. Prodotti di cortesia molto buoni, caffè e bibite varie a disposizione. La posizione è ottima per girare a piedi tutta l'isola di Ortigia, con tanti locali di ristorazione tutt'intorno. Parcheggio volendo sotto il palazzo a pagamento, ma noi abbiamo trovato in strada. Posto al quinto piano con ascensore, quindi molto comodo e panoramico. Ma il valore aggiunto lo fanno i proprietari, Fabrizio e Sabrina, persone squisite pronte a soddisfare ogni esigenza e a consigliarti per il meglio. Abitano di fianco all'appartamento ma sono il massimo della discrezione e gentilezza. Se potessimo daremmo 11 o più. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità e speriamo di tornare presto. Luana e Pierre.

Fabrizio is an excellent and sympathetic host, always quick to communicate. He was very helpful and accommodating to me in a difficult situation that involved me checking out VERY late. I probably inconvenienced him a lot though he said not a word in complaint. Now, the apartment is lovely: very comfortable, spacious, and very well fitted out. It has a fabulous terrace with great views - you can even see Etna on a good day. There are great sea-views and a charming old church directly in front, hence Le Tre Campane - though only two bells remain! The location could not be better for a visit to Ortigia. Don't forget to check what's on at the theatre on the ground floor of the building! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this flat and would love to return.

More is not possible, especially if you like the modern style. Fantastic view, quiet even though it is absolutely central. Everything you need is there.

We loved staying here and hope to return, the apartment was perfect, the location could not have been better, the view was amazing, and we felt very looked after by Sabrina.

Stunning apartment with fabulous views. The attention to detail with the spec was second to none - lovely bathroom, kitchen, bed, towels etc. Nespresso machine with lots of capsules/sugar/tea. The Ortigia toiletries were a lovely touch - the shop is 5 mins away on Via Roma - my credit card thanked me :). The location is excellent - everything within an easy stroll - and so many fabulous places to eat in the vicinity. We loved Anchovies and the Locandiera di Palazzo Bellamo. Nice wine bar on the ground floor too. Fabrizio was fabulous. We messaged him as we left the airport, and he was there to meet up with the keys. He sent some great links for food etc and organised our taxi to the station when we left. Amazing terrace with loungers and a gorgeous view to the sea.

Much as I hate to say anything negative as we loved the place, the terrace (which is huge) is really missing a dining table and chairs. The lounge chairs are lovely but not really practical for drinking a coffee in the morning, or eating outside.

Tout est parfait ! Les propriétaires sont très sympas et nous donnent des adresses. L’appartement est très bien situé, avec une vue magnifique, une grande terrasse. La cuisine équipée a tous les accessoires utiles, cafetière et dosettes offertes.

My husband and I stayed here (at the apartment looking out into the rooftops and the sea beyond) for a week, and by the end of it, were convinced we couldn’t have picked a dreamier view in Ortigia. The reality is better than the photos. The flat is impeccable and the location, excellent. The balcony is extraordinary.

The facade of the building is utilitarian and not charming at all. But it’s located in a lovely piazza, and the penthouse apartment is fantastic.

En fantastiskt fint inredd lägenhet med otroligt fin havsutsikt! Välstädad, rymlig och med sköna sängar. Lägenheten hade ett mycket bra läge med närheten till stadsbadet Spiaggia Diana nel forte, många mysiga restauranger och affärer. Vi uppskattade Sabrinas och Fabrizios trevliga och vänliga bemötande, snabba svar på whatsup och enkel check-in ! Fabrizio ordnade med transfer från Catania flygplats för 80 euro.

Everything beautiful spacious apartment immaculately clean with everything we could possibly need. Location excellent for sightseeing and eating out. Fabrizio and his wife were extremely helpful even took us to the train station to catch our connection to Taormina

Excellence location. The owner - Fabrizio explained to us in great detail how we can get to the apartments and personally met us..

A wonderful stay right in the heart of Ortigia within a short walk to the local beach, restaurants and attractions. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful which we really appreciated while travelling with our infant son. The apartment is stylish with beautiful views - one of our favourite stays while holidaying around Europe!
