We absolutely loved staying here. The location was perfect, we were able to provision convenient parking and the apartment was welcoming from the first moment. The rooms were large and spacious, kitchen incredibly stocked, great bathroom, and overall a very relaxing space. The market is 2 minutes away, which is great considering how well the kitchen is equipped. Thank you very much!

We stayed at the gold & black apartment on the first floor (not ground) and it was nice. The room is big enough for two people but I wouldn't recommend more than two to stay in this one (maybe choose the bigger one on the second floor). The kitchen has everything we needed and the owner even prepared equipments for us to go to the beach! The shower room is spacious so it is very helpful in the hot summer. The wifi is very fast and I think the owner sets separate wifi for each apartment, so it is beyond average hotel wifi. I must say that the owner Concetta is really nice and friendly! She asked her son to pick us up by car from the bus station of the city and she waited for us at the entrance of the street where the apartment was located. She prepared a big basket of fruits, lots of cookies and snacks, a welcome wine and six big bottles of water for us. It was such a surprise! When we left I needed to go to car rental first and come back to pick up the luggages, Concetta met with us at the car rental company and brought us back to the apartment in case we couldn't navigate the complex streets in Ortigia. It was a very pleasant stay!
