Location was great. It was very close to the Woodlands causeway to Singapore and 10 mins walk from the Zarith Sofia Opera House. There is a mall with Jaya Grocers and a number of convenience stores (7 eleven, KK Mart) in the area. Walking distance will depend on which apartment block you get. Free parking is provided (pay RM150 refundable deposit for the parking card). The apartment was clean, and they provided bottled drinking water. Ample air conditioning and hot water. The kitchen was kitted up with a fridge, cooking area and cooking utensils. Host will provide very detailed instructions (with photos) to collect the access keys and drop off. Please note that there is a cut off time for checking in as the reception is in a shop.

- The day we checked out, there was a scheduled water cut for maintenance which Host did not inform us, so some of us were able to shower before the water cut, whereas some of us were not able to shower. Host eventually informed that we can go down to the pool area to shower, however, because we were in a hurry, so we were not able to do that and used the drinking water provided instead. - The reception area for collecting the access keys is in a shop in the mall, so if you are solo you may need to park the car properly in the mall (as the cars parked outside on the road can get a road penalty). If you have a co driver, someone can stay in the car, can temporarily standby at the Grab drop off point, or just drive around the block - certain section requires the Touch n go card, but it is free for passing through.

The location was very near to the JB customs.

There was no bidet spray in the toilet, the shower head was broken in the master bedroom toilet, the fan was too way noisy in the third room and could not sleep. No local TV channels and netflix to watch and relax in door.

The apartment kitchen and toilets were not as well cleaned. Drawer with cutlery and utensils were in a mess and there could have been floor mat provided for toilets to keep the area dry.

The hassle of taking the keys and coming back out to make a huge round to enter the carpark is horrible. It took me 30mins just to collect the keys and park my car. Will never book this again.
