We have stayed here several times over the past 2 years. While the host is upstairs she keeps to herself, but we always knock on the door to say hi. She is very sweet and has a beautiful home. The unit is a on the lower level of this ranch home with a private entrancs around back. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

This perfectly lovely and large apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay! This place had everything we could possibly need and then some. The location felt very safe in a very nice neighborhood and was close to a lot of restaurants and stores and within minutes from downtown Lexington. Our host, Joyce was delightful and helpful and we hope to meet again some day!

Set in a quiet leafy suburb of Lexington, The apartment is situated underneath the main house so you walk down the side of house to get to it. Beautifully decorated and bedroom nice and large. Bedding very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Be aware if you have walking difficulties that there are stairs down to apartment.

It's a basement apartment with a full kitchen, regular size fridge, large TV and comfortable seating. Bath has a shower, but no tub. I would stay there again.

Host was very helpful in advance of stay with needed information. The unit was clean and stocked with all necessities. Very pleasant stay. Host also found a forgotten item and offered to mail it to me which was so delightful.

Everytime my wife and I come to Lexington to watch the races at Keenland we try to stay here. Place is peaceful, quiet, and joyce is an the best host.

This was the perfect answer to our lodging in Lexington. The apartment was very clean and homey. It had everything we could possibly need. The neighborhood was safe and we were able to take daily walks. Our hostess was waiting when we arrived and showed us around answering any questions.
Not only do we rate this a five star accommodation- we have already reserved it for our next trip in 2025!

The location was perfect-- very nice neighborhood and close to Rupp Arena. The apartment was very clean and homey, and I hope to stay there again the next time we visit Lexington. The owner was precious, very helpful, and even left us chocolates to enjoy. I can't wait to return!

This is a great little place for a student taking intensive classes at Lexington Theological Seminary. Private, quiet, with a desk for homework. Only thing I didn’t like was not being able to control the temperature. I was really too hot at night.

Came to Lexington for Eagles concert at Rupp Arena. Stayed less than 24 hours but everything was great! Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Communication was timely.
Hotel prices for the night were over $500 so this place was a bargain! Would definitely return in the future if need arose.

My stay was very nice. The apartment was very clean and had anything you would need in a home. Quite neighborhood with nice patio with swinging chair for laxing on a nice day.
It was a pleasure to meet Joyce and Jodi, very nice people. I thank them for a great stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Probably the cleanest place to stay ever. Close to everything in town there is to see or do. Friendly hosts who also give you your privacy. Very large place, very cheap price for as nice as it is.

We met Joyce when we arrived. She led us to the apartment and showed us around. What a beautiful place. Everything neat and tidy. All the amenities you could want. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back when we come to this area again. Thanks Jodie and Joyce !

This location was perfect for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and my son loved the chocolate candies! We were able to hear the TV and voices from upstairs, along with the squeaky floor when the hosts are moving around, so I would suggest a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. We would definitely stay here again.

The experience was easy and worry free. We knew in advance where we were to stay and what the process was to get into their home. They met us in person and showed us around amenities.
