Proximity to Rupp

Could not get our room to cool down in March. Holes in sheets. One wash rag in bathroom. Very slow elevators, used the stairs several times. Paper thin walls, we could hear conversations next door. Cable channel selection was subpar. Parking is dicey.

Third room they moved me to ended up working out and I loved that it was next to rupp

They had to move my room 3 times: First time the door was open so I’m assuming housekeeping left it open? Second time the ac was broken in the room and got air was blowing out, we walk in and it felt like what I would assume hell to feel like.

Attached to Rupp arena. Attended a concert

All good Buffett breakfast is better for most, especially with special diets.

Our room key didn’t work. Had to get staff to let us into our room. The had to change rooms after first night

Location, cleanliness, and had an indoor pool. Staff was nice and helpful.

beds were a little firm. had to walk above the restaurant and by the banquet rooms to get to the pool and gym.

There was no breakfast offered the location was great next to the event center

Access to room was the worst we was Ion a floor where they are remodeling it wasn't what I expected from a Hyatt a motel 6 quality . The want to the elevator is the worst although there was a event next store many people stay at the Hyatt the only had 2 elevator working if we wanted to go up the stairs witch we ended up doing the room was like a maze with only 1 access way to our room

Location Parking Lobby was nice.

A lot of small issues- 1) I checked in at 6pm. There was construction going on on our floor. So the noise is as there for atleast an hour. 2) AC was not working even when set to 60 degrees. Bed was uncomfortable. We struggled a lot whole night. 3) Mattress didn’t have a fitted sheet. A simple sheet was used over mattress protector. 4) Coffee - only dark roast was in room. When I requested for medium roast, I was given dark roast. 5) Every standard hotel provides 2 water bottles. When I requested for water bottle, I was told go downstairs and buy water from lobby. 6) Alarm went for 6am, when I didn’t set it. It would be nice if upon check in or checkout staff asks does your parking need validation?

it’s a good location for the rupp area we left after the concert to go eat and came back around 12am and my room keys wouldn’t work had to get the front deck to let us in our room so the room was supposed to be 250 dollars and they ended up charging my card 350 dollars and won’t reply to my emails about y the charge was applied to my card I sent pics of the room to them room was clean and I took the trash out so that’s the only issue I have with this hotel

I went to a concert that was right beside the hotel because it was very convenient. The lady that checked me out was new and she was great. The lady the previous day had charged me two times for valet. $40 instead of $20. The new nice lady took it off the my bill and was very friendly.

The lady that checked me in told me absolutely nothing, she just handed me my key card. I had to come back and ask questions like how do I get to my room🙄 Where is the pool located. Also if you pay close to 300 a night I believe you should offer free breakfast. On the website it shows they have a store in the hotel, they do not!
