Very Clean 3 Bedroom sleeps 2 in each bed and has 2 bathrooms.
Das Hotel liegt in einer schönen Gegend von Havasu City, nur 3,2 km vom Start und 3,2 km von der London Bridge entfernt. Fliesenböden mit Teppichboden in den Schlafzimmern. 1 Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit eigenem Bad, geflieste Dusche, Kommode, Nachttische und Deckenventilator. 2. Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett mit Kommode und Nachttischen, 3. Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett und ein separates Doppelbett und einen Deckenventilator. Alle Zimmer haben begehbare Kleiderschränke und Jalousien. Die Couch verfügt über einen Ausziehbereich für 2 Personen und bietet Platz für 7 Personen mit einem 42-Zoll-Fernseher mit Standard-Antennenanschluss. Das 2. Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einer Dusche ausgestattet. Beide Badezimmer sind mit Handtüchern und Waschlappen ausgestattet. Die Küche ist mit allen Koch- und Esswaren ausgestattet und verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle über dem Herd, einen Toaster, einen Mixer, eine Kaffeemaschine, eine begehbare Speisekammer und viel Stauraum. Tischsitze 6. Waschmaschine und Trockner mit Einfahrt in die Garage. mit Platz für 1 Auto und ausreichend Parkplätze in der Einfahrt. Großer Garten und Platz auf der Seite für Wohnmobilstellplätze mit abschließbarem Tor. Hinterhof ist eingezäunt und unterstützt eine Wäsche, so gibt es keine hinteren Nachbarn. Überdachte Terrasse mit Grill und Loungetisch! Gute Verfassung!

The house was great and area very quiet. Unfortunately the ad had not been updated since furniture was changed and the advertised sleeping availability was incorrect. Owners were very attentive and apologetic and offered a partial refund due to their advertising error. I am awaiting the refund. I would stay here again knowing the updated info if it suited our needs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Lake Havasu, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spacious layout, which provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. The rooms were immaculately clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable, even during the hottest month of the year.
The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Having access to the garage was an added bonus, offering extra convenience and security for our stay.
Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available to assist whenever needed, which added to the overall positive experience. In short, this property is the perfect place to stay for anyone looking for a getaway or vacation in Lake Havasu.
I look forward to returning on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This home was perfect for our family needs and the managers were highly receptive and communicative. Very easy to follow instructions, great location in a quiet neighborhood and not far from ANYTHING! The home is clean and well maintained, amenities are as advertised, and our stay VERY enjoyable!

Had a great visit, only couple of concerns. We thought the driveway looked alot longer in the pictures. We ended up having to park our boat on the street. Also maybe new
sheets for the master bedroom. The elastic is work out and they dont stay on the bed. Over all we enjoyed staying there

This was our first time using Vrbo and actually staying in Lake Havasu City, AZ. We had previously owned a home in LHC so we know the area. The ease of booking this home for the Thanksgiving holiday was awesome. The property owner's were very easy to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this property, everything you need is provided, property was very clean and quiet surroundings. We look forward to booking again around the same time frame.

The place has all the required amenities. The ubicación is close to the Lake Havasu boat ramps and close to the London Bridge. After talking to the owner, we had an early checkin to the house. It will definitely be a place to stay again.

Perfect House for a Lake Getaway
We had the absolute Best time at this house. It has Everything you need and more. The owners are wonderful to work with. We needed a couple more days due to unforseen circumstances and were able to stay plus they gave us an extra hours check out when a last minute zoom meeting was added in a new job.

Perfect for a family stay
House was close to Havasu skilled nursing where my mother is recovering from a stroke. We are so thankful that we were able to rent so we could celebrate my mother’s 81st birthday.

Great location
This place is great if you are eating out and aren’t doing a lot of cooking. No Tupperware, plastic wrap, foil, baggies, napkins, ice etc. - we were caught off guard as these things have always been available other places we stay. There wasn’t any hot water in the kitchen - we had to get under the sink and turn the valve on. Pretty sure last batch of dishes from the dishwasher was washed in cold water.

Pre-fishing Lake Havasu
It was out first time visiting Lake Havasu and we picked a very hot week. It was 111degrees daytime temperatures throughout our stay. Although, we were told it gets hotter. It would have been nice to have the AC running a little sooner upon our arrival as the house didn’t cool down below 80 until ~10pm. Overall, the house was very nice, clean and exactly what We had expected. We look forward to returning soon.
