When we booked this the location on Booking shows it is just off the parkway. When we got the address it was miles away and you could not walk to nothing/

very clean with lots of room. quiet. fireplace on porch and inside was awesome. hot tub and pool table were great. close to town.

Location was nice it was spacious. Close to town.

The hot tub did not work very disappointing. Two of the TV remotes didn't work. Several of the doors would not lock or close properly. Fitted sheets were not on the beds correctly. The grass was very high and the bushes in the front of the cabin were very overgrown. Hard to enter and exit cabin without getting scratched or poked. Several blinds were broken and no valances in any of the rooms. No fire pit and the fire place on the upper deck did not work. The pool table was nice but only one pool stick had the tip and no chalk. The recliner in the lower room was broken. Definitely expected much better for the price we paid. Will think twice about renting from here again.

The beds and yard were nice.

Dryer broken, total misconception on location, not enough blankets or towels, couldn’t login to get info, hung up on the first time I called, gate code didn’t work.

Location was nice. Very close to Gatlinburg. Beds where comfy.

The door code didn't work. Had to get rental company on the phone and they gave us a new code. The floor where sticky & dirty. The outside gas fire place on the deck didn't work nor did the Hot Tub. We called the office & they sent someone out. He fixed the fireplace but NOT the Hot Tub. It needs a heating element. My grandkids where very disappointed. I would not rent the cabin again! I think I should

Cabin was comfortable for 7 adults and a baby. We spent a lot of mornings sitting on the balcony.

The road leading up to it was not my favorite, but typical for the area. Wish that there had been a fire ring like every other cabin had. Would have been nice to have more dishwasher pods and access to a broom so we could sweep up.

The cabin was spacious. Scenery was beautiful. Location was close to everything.

The furniture and carpet in the living room smelled like dog urine. The hot tub jets didn’t work on one side of the hot tub and barely worked on the other side.

This cabin is beautiful and spacious! We loved it!

There are no steak knives or large bowls for mixing or serving, so definitely bring those along with you.

Loved the jacuzzi tubs and they sent maintenance over quickly to fix some things

There was pantyhose from previous guest under the bed

The property was good for our family with the three separate bedrooms and baths.

For the kitchen had very few pans, plates, utensils, etc. It was not good for a family that wanted to cook and spend time in the cabin. The prior guests have been rough on the game tables, etc. The pictures make it look like it is more secluded, but there are cabins stacked on top of one another. It is a place for those who want to spend all their time at the attractions, not for those who want to spend time in the cabin with family.
