Lovely host, Radmila was amazing. Very kind and friendly. She is the best. Acomodation was beautiful, peacful place, comfortable and cozy. Every recomendation in Vela Luka.

The studio was excellent, but the host makes the experience 10/10.

Nice small room (3x3m) with two beds and a bathroom. The view is nice as its looking towards the sea. Its located near the city center (riva), about 10 mins walk to it.

The bed was using the "old" Innerspring mattresses which are not very comfortable for heavy people.

Extremely friendly and polite host, who surprised us with fruit, breakfast, and a nice present. Our (yellow) room, and ditto bathroom, were small but perfectly clean. The airco was fantastic, even if we had temperatures above 33 degrees.

Make sure you understand which pictures belong to your room/booking. Apartments Sunshine home has small rooms (12 m2) with a shared kitchen area, some with and some without a balcony. But it has a complete appartement with own kitchen and terrace as well. Many of the pictures are of the latter.

Our welcoming host Radmila was exceptionally friendly and kind with helpful tips, sweet surprises and she made our stay absolutely fabulous. Loved the morning view at Vela Luka harbour as well as the cosy evenings from the balcony. Liked the location of the apartment with the town in close vicinity. The apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. The ACs were fantastic and made our stay very pleasant during the hot days.

Everything was top-notch. The apartment was spacious and in close proximity to all necessities (City center, supermarkets, restaurants, beaches). The rooms were clean and comfy. The terrasse was big with an amazing view. The hostess is the best ever. She was always there to help and kept gifting us something different almost every day: Sweets, fresh fruits, local wine... She even gave us souvenirs at the end. She definitely marked my stay with her kindness. I highly recommend this place.

An absolute perfect experience from start to finish. I have no words to explain how great the host is.

Good size double room with a decent balcony with views of the bay. The property was recently renovated and everything was looking smart with no signs of any wear whatsoever. There was an air con unit in the communal kitchen area and a small table with chairs. The host very kindly put out some sweet biscuits and fresh clementines. She was very friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do in the area. Would definitely recommend this.

The bathroom was really too small and I feel could have been made bigger with no detriment to the bedroom. The shower wasn’t great but did work well enough. The sliding doors to the balcony didn’t seem to shut very well. Communication of how to get to the property wasn’t good. I was driving and ended up down some really tight streets. Just by saying turn in bye the shop would have been a great help.

House is very well located and thanks to neighborhood you can feel like a local while chilling outside by the table. Apartment was very clean, kittchen very well equiped (excepting frying pan). Owner is super hospitable, you can feel like home there.

Just one thing - a lot of mosquitos

I totally recommend this place, super clean, Radmila is the sweetest, she helped us with everything!

The host is the nicest person we ever had, she makes you feel like at home, taking a lot of care about details. The room is perfect, and the balcony have space enough if you want to eat there enjoying the view to the sea. The house have a sharing kitchen with everything you need for cooking. You also count with a supermarket super close(<1min walking), and lots of restaurants. I would recommend to everybody to go there, you will enjoy your time. We rented a scooter and explored the island and took one of the taxi boats to visit one of the islands nearby. Great location, great room, great host! Definitely recommended!!!

Everything was wonderful and the hostess was very sweet and helpful. It’s more like a private bedroom with shared kitchen then a hotel etc. But good location.

Very nice place and with a central location so it was a short way to the restaurants and beaches. :)

I strongly recommend this accommodation! The new, huge, comfortable and clean apartment with beautiful view of the bay. The apartment is practically furnished with air condition in every room. Private parking close to the house. The description of this apartment on booking.com is fully consistent with the reality. Restaurants, shops, local food market, boat rentals and other facilities are near the apartment. Finally I would like to mention about the host. Radmila is an extremely helpful, caring and welcoming person. Thanks to that your stay in Vela Luka will be great!

Radmila is the nicest host we encountered on our trip. She knows how to make people feel welcome, she helps with useful tips & tricks and she gave us a farewell present. Thanks a lot Radmila, you’re an awesome host 🙂

We like all, this is one of the best apartments in our lifes. Special compliments to the excellent host. Although breakfest was not included she made an effort to provide us breakfest. Also upon departure we received a gift as a souvenir of the Vela Luka. We like all at this place, location is in the centar, parking is big. Rooms are so clean, also you can use kitchen with everything you need. I recomment this location to everyone and this is the place we will be back as soon as possible. Thank you soo much for this amazing trip.
