DOTTIES HOUSE HOBART
Das Dotties House ist ein wunderschön renoviertes und geschmackvolles Haus mit einer modernen offenen Küche, einem Essbereich und einer Lounge. Die Lounge bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen und verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-Smart-TV, einen DVD-Player mit Filmauswahl, eine Wii-Konsole und Spiele.
Die Küche / Essbereich bietet einen schönen Stein Tischplatten und Sitze 6. Die Küche ist mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, großem Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Backofen / Glaskochplatte, schöner Kaffeemaschine mit Mühle und anderen Kleingeräten ausgestattet.
Die Speisekammer ist mit allem Notwendigen und einem kostenlosen Starterpaket bei der Ankunft bestückt.
Die voll ausgestattete Wäscherei verfügt über eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett.
Das Dotties House bietet 2 Queensize-Betten, 1 mit eigenem Bad, und beide sind mit einem an der Wand montierten Plasma-TV ausgestattet.
Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat ein Etagenbett. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Heizdecken, Nachttischlampen und Radiowecker.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über Bad / Dusche, WC, Waschtisch, Fön, Handtuchtrockner mit extra Handtuch Lagerung. Ensuite verfügt über separate Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Haartrockner.
Eine Rückzyklus-Wärmepumpe hält das Haus warm oder kühl für Ihren Komfort.
Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden geliefert und sind gewerblich gewaschen.
Kinderbett und Hochstuhl sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Great place as a base to travel around hobart and surrounding areas , stayed 5 nights . Kids love the games room , table tennis was a great hit !

We stayed for 5 days while in the Hobart part of our trip. The house was as advertised and a great family home. Really convenient having the basketball ring and games room for down time. Can walk to woolworths and local pub/cafes.

My friends and I needed a place to stay for a few days while on school holiday and we had a great time here! We were able to easily access the bus system to get into the city of Hobart as well as walk to several cafes and a mall nearby. Would highly recommend!

Mark and Miriam presented a fantastic place to use as our main base while visiting Tasmania for the first time.
The house was clean and tidy, with a pantry stocked with quite a few essentials. The games room in the backyard was great for our fourteen-year-old to spend some time by themselves watching movies, phoning their bestie, or having a laugh with me playing table tennis.
Comfortable beds and sofas, and a nice outdoor area to make use of.
Remarkably close (walking distance) to supermarkets and a couple of restaurants.
My only minor complaint was that the dining area was a high bench and stools. Not the most comfortable of settings, but we ate out most of the nights anyway, so it wasn't too much of a problem overall.
We will certainly consider booking Dotties Cottage when we visit Hobart again.
Overall, a great place to spend a week exploring Southern Tasmania.

Thoroughly impressed with Dottie’s House .
Sparkling clean , large house with lovely garden.
We were travelling with our adult children and there was plenty of space. The rooms are big ,all tastefully decorated.Beds are so comfortable with high quality linen .
Kitchen is perfect ,very well appointed : cooking oils ,spices ,sauces ,paper towel.Lots of appliances and cooking dishes .Everything was thought of and enabled us to cook some great meals whilst staying there.
The games room is massive .This house caters very well to larger families .
Parking in driveway was easy for our large car.
The location is very central : walking distance to shops,supermarkets,cafes ,restaurants and the Cinema.
Mark and Miriam were amazing hosts ,their communication was wonderful .
Dottie’s House is highly recommended and I plan to stay there again when I return to Hobart

We stayed for a week over Christmas with our 3 children. Property was amazing! Kids were entertained with the basketball ring, huge backyard & the games room. Plenty of DVD options & the Wii also. Beds were comfy & house had plenty of room. The kids have already asked when can we go back!! We'd definitely recommend & stay here again :)

Excellent space for our family of 6. Heaps of towels and extra blankets provided, loved the wii & games room. The pantry staples and coffee provisions were most appreciated, and it’s only a short walk to supermarkets and plenty of restaurants and takeaway spots. Lovely to have the heaters turned on when we arrived so the house was comfortable in the cold Tasmanian winter! Would highly recommend.

Dottie’s place was amazing! Very comfortable three bedrooms and the outside entertainment room was an unexpected bonus! My teenage daughter enjoyed her time out there with the ping pong table and arcade games. Thanks for letting us experience your wonderful home.

Mark and Mirian were fabulous hosts and the house was everything we expected and more. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen sparklingly clean. The bonus games room and backyard would be ideal for children. Definately 5 stars.

A cute & modern well maintained property with a homely feel. My parents & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here; we had a very comfortable and hassle free break at Dotties House. The well manicured, fairly large back yard was an added bonus!
The hosts had provided a 'starter pack' of essential food items including bottled water and breakfast & snack items - this was an unexpected treat. Thank you..
We requested a late check-out which was also provided at no extra cost; this was much appreciated by us as our flight was in the night. Very accommodating hosts :-)

Exceptionally clean accommodation. Everything there that you would need. Great communication with hosts. Very comfortable beds and great outdoor area. Very secure and quiet area. Close to supermarket and buses. Would definitely recommend as this was our third time staying.

Dottie's House is in an excellent location. Very close to key shops and ammenities with the back drop of breathtaking mountains. We also loved that Dottie's House was only a short trip into Hobart too.
Dottie's House was in immaculant condition. Thank you Mark & Miriam for turning on the lights for us and for having the air conditioner on as well. It was a hot day and an absolute delight to walk into a clean and cool home away from home.
Dottie's House lacked for nothing. I enjoyed a quiet coffee each morning sitting outside appreciating the neat garden.
The games room was a real hit too!! Access to Wii Sport brought lots of laughter on our first night as well.
We would highlighly recommend this beautiful property for anyone. We look foward to visiting again!

The check in was very easy, there is driveway space for two cars. The house was very clean, had fresh linen and everything we needed. Air con worked perfectly. Had a coffee machine and dishwasher. Great backyard area including a small BBQ and a basketball hoop.
The house is located on a busy road, but once in the house there was no noise at all. It I'd a 2min drive / 10min walk to a shopping complex which was handy for groceries etc.
Would highly recommend this house.
